Property Description
Work from home? HOME OFFICE! Brand new 27" curved Samsung monitor will be a very nice 2nd monitor for your laptop. Epson printer and scanner at your fingertips for scanning in your important documents. Home still feels brand new. On a flag lot you'll be set back off the road. Double car garage, washer/dryer, split floor plan. Central heat and air, butlers pantry, gas cooktop, dishwasher, wifi included. Master bedroom has a King size bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. This home is clean and crisp and ready for you to come kick your feet up and relax while you'll visiting beautiful Southern Oregon. Enjoy our fine dining, wineries and the beautiful Rogue River. Pets are welcome and the home has a fully fenced in back yard.

Awesome Weekend

This property is amazing. Kim is a wonderful host. She was available at all times and even checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! The house and property are immaculately clean snd very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed. Kitchen is awesome. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely stay here again when we come up to visit family. Thank you, Kim for everything!

Gold bracket 2nd place softball weekend winners

We came to Grants Pass for the annual Boatnik fast pitch softball tournament. We were conveniently located and enjoying the home. There was plenty of room for all of us. We also enjoyed playing family games with our girls, which were there for our convenience. The home is located in a nice neighborhood. It was great to be able to have a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. There were lots of amenities, which made it easy for us to stay and play. Would recommend this home for any family or softball group needs the convenience is at home, but are not at home. Thank you for everything! The host was very personable and allowed. Great communication during our stay. we did have a slight confusion with the lock however we were able to get it rectified and what was so nice is that the host checked in on us the next morning through text. If we come back this way, whether it’s for softball or other, we will definitely check to see if this place is available.

We are a couple who have some long term rentals and thought we would try out a short term this go around. We enjoy meeting new people and want to ensure a happy stay for our guests. Owner is a skilled craftsman/carpenter so should there be anything that needs attending, rest assured it will be fixed in a timely manner, appropriately. Our dogs are our family and we won't travel without them. We want to pass that along to our guests, and trust that you will only bring well behaved furry friends to stay. The back yard is fully fenced to keep your fur babies from straying. We are happy to give recommendations for anything local should you need that. We'd love to have you as a guest.
