Mid Century Modern ideally located near shopping and Interstate 5. This 1960's home is completely updated with modern appliances while retaining it's 1960's charm. Three bedrooms, large front room with a 65" smart TV, fantastic cooking space, large completely fenced and private back yard , hot tub with 32" smart TV make this a fantastic base for exploring the three local rivers, or a dash to the beach and a stroll through the redwoods. We allow pets, but do charge a $35 per pet fee.

The home was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was comfortable and well cared for. The hot tub was peaceful in the private lush backyard.

Great post-river stay

My family stayed here after a river trip. It had almost everything we needed and was clean when we arrived. It is also conveniently located.

Great family house!

We really enjoyed our stay in this neat and charming home. The pool table and hot tub gave us plenty of entertainment! We would definitely stay here again. Clean, cute, convenient and easy to communicate with the host.

Great Time Enjoying Family

My husband and I visited our son, daughter-in-love and grandkids. The house was perfect for dinner in the backyard and sleepovers with the grandkids. Everything was clean and comfortable and the check out process was the easiest of any VRBO we've stayed at!

Great family vacation

We had a great stay in Grants Pass! This home was large enough to comfortably accommodate 3 adults, 4 kids, and a dog. The kids loved playing nintendo in the garage and climbing the tree outside. House was clean upon arrival and well stocked. Great communication for our entire stay. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Great, comfortable place!

Great house, stocked with thoughtful treats, coffee, and basic staples. Clean, lots of towels, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again! :)

Great family vacay!

Lots of room for everyone. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, lots of natural light. We grilled out in the nice fenced in backyard while enjoying the hot tub. Great location. Close to everything you need. Highly recommend!!!

Little getaway

My family and i enjoyed this little getaway. We felt right at home with the large front room t.v, hot spa and game room. We will definitely try to book again when we are back in that area.

Generous host

This home was easy to find and just off the beaten path of everything. Charity was quick to respond to a problem I had with the jacuzzi and came by within minutes to get it resolved. My granddaughter and I had many activities scheduled but availed some time to play pool and air-hockey which was a huge bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient, Well Supplied

We spent 4 nights here when the daytime temperatures were over 105 every day. The air conditioning was very efficient, and we were thankful. The kids (ages 9 and 11) loved the game room (aka garage) even when it was hot. The half bath/laundry room was a bit awkward, but very necessary at times with 6 people. While the house is not fancy, it has everything a family needs. The kitchen appliances were very nice and up to date. I would suggest that the yard could use a major overhaul or at least a significant trimming. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for those who do not require fancy, up-to-date finishes.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Mid Century Modern. The location was good, the host was very nice and we had a great time playing pool in the garage. I would definitely rent this home again.

We enjoyed staying here again. The house is big enough for 4 kids, 3 adults, and a dog. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very functional. We were there during a heat wave and the ac worked great. The kids love the upgraded game room! Thank you so much!
