Stylish apartment in the best location!

My wife and I lived in this apartment before moving to the US for work reasons.
The apartment is located in an astonishing zone, you can walk around and will find the best restaurants and coffees in Medellin but still far away from the busy area.
The apartment is super well equipped because it was where we lived and we would like to return someday there, so please if you stay here take care of it.

Absolutely loved this place, wish I could live here!! My boyfriend and I stayed here for a month and everything about this place was perfect. It had everything we needed and more, and was beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail. It was a few minutes away from everything yet still quiet enough for us to work from home during the week and get good sleep. The host was also very helpful with anything we needed. We felt extremely safe in the gated apartment and with the smart lock. Definitely recommend!!!

This place was an awesome find. The price made it even better. The building is walking distance to Medellin’s top restaurants like Carmen, and Don Diablo steakhouse. Also cozy and busy local bar/store El Social. Starbucks on the next block got me my espresso shots in the morning with a fresh croissant. The apartment has a huge window that opens completely giving the living room the feel of a balcony. Internet was fast and stable. Sebastian was a Super-host, checking in from time to time to see if everything was alright. I’ve been in Medellin quite a few time, this was hands down one of my favorite apartments.

Stayed here for 3 months and loved every minute of it. The place is in the best location in Poblado. Walking distance to EVERYTHING but far enough you don’t hear the clubs or late night bars.

The place was safe, clean, and very spacious. Lots of natural light. The host was very attentive to all my messages and little requests. 10 stars to the host! I’ve visited Medellin since 2017 and this spot is the best one by far.

This is an amazing apartment. The decoration is really cool, its full of plants and the location is fantastic. Its really close to a ton of top-tier restaurants and walking distance from pretty much everything in Poblado that you would want to do. Sebastian is great host. He is extremely responsive and handled any issue I had really quickly. He even sent his dad to help me with something one day because he was unable. I was here for a month and worked the entire time without any internet issues, the wifi was very reliable and strong. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to book a short or long term stay in Poblado.
