Great for small events!

My spouse and I were looking for a place to have our wedding reception. After looking extensively, we decided on this VRBO location. I asked the host, Lance, about hosting our event at the house and he was wonderful to work with. We respected the house rules and everything was perfect!

Fantastic Retreat

The property is complete with a fantastic backyard prepped for grilling, pool games, or relaxing. The inside is spacious and prepared for numerous guests to entertain and sleep over 15 comfortably. With a quick 20 minute drive from PHX, and an even shorter drive to Kierland Golf Club and the commons, this property is a great choice for all visitors.

Amazing Property & Stay

We came for a bachelorette party and the property was everything we wanted and more! The house is extremely spacious, everything you need for the party is there, the pool was great, the hot tub was great. There was more than enough room for us & didn't have any problems! Lance was extremely responsive and made our stay really easy. Definitely would recommend!

Great 10/10 A+!

Our group loved staying in this house —comfortable beds, great location, and all the amenities were as described and worked well. The host (Lance) was responsive and accommodating. We found plenty of storage space for ten sets of golf clubs, parking for multiple vehicles, grill and spa were perfect — will look forward to our next stay!

Lance was a phenomenal host! One of the best I’ve dealt with on Vrbo! The house itself is gorgeous, has an incredible backyard with tons of space and a great location! Would recommend 10 out of 10 to anybody looking for a wonderful house to vacation at, in north Scottsdale!

Our stay was perfect!

The VRBO was beautiful- the photos don’t do it justice. Our stay was perfect for our joint bach trip! It was in the middle of everything. Lance was awesome and always made sure to communicate at a timely matter. We would definitely stay again!

Unbelievable Location and Amenities!

This place was even better in person! The pictures don’t do it justice. It is spread out, we were able to have 20 person gatherings easily and we slept 10 very comfortably with a ton of room left over. The backyard area is fantastic! Complete with outdoor dining area, swimming pool and hot tub, and lots of games! We stayed here with family for our wedding and wouldn’t have traded this experience for anything.

Graduation gathering

The house is very nice, clean and spacious. What you see is what you get. With the exception that it does not sleep 40 although it has plenty of room for airbeds. It was very accommodating for my group of 20 plus. Without doubt it met my expectations and we would definitely rent it again in the future.

Great place with lots of space

The place is as shown in the photos and has lots of space to hang around in. We spent a good chunk of time at the house and appreciated all the room indoors and outdoors. There are a few inaccuracies and missing pieces of info in the listing to be aware of based on our stay and the house rules doc we received after booking the rental (probably because this is a newer listing): - The listing says that it sleeps 40 but that must be a typo as we barely had enough room for 20 adults to sleep even with doubling up in some beds, using all the air mattresses, and taking several spots on the couch. The listing's photos and description of the beds is accurate so just use that to determine how many you want to sleep (though the sofa beds were too small for any of us full-grown men to sleep in). - Since the house is in a neighborhood, no noise is allowed outside between 9PM-6AM and there are outdoor security cameras and noise monitors that are meant to help keep the noise down. We just kept music to a reasonable level during the day and brought things inside after dark and didn't have any trouble. Overall we had a great time and would recommend the place. The host was very responsive and everyone enjoyed the space.

Wow just wow… such a great house you will not want to leave.

Wow! Hands down the most beautiful property I've ever stayed in! The house and yard is HUGE, luxurious, and feels like your own resort. The pool & hot tub are both massive, multiple outdoor TVs, really comfortable furniture, lots of room for friends, family, and hosting. This Villa is a dream! We loved the games and golf, it felt like we never had to leave!
