Nestled in the vibrant Newpark community, Park City Fox Point A1 offers convenient access to year-round adventures. In summer, stroll to nearby Kimball Junction for shopping, dining, and recreation. Catch the free bus to explore Deer Valley, Park City Resort, Canyons Village, and beyond. Adjacent to Swaner Nature Preserve, immerse yourself in the area's natural beauty and explore the network of trails for hiking and biking. Whether it's summer exploration or winter wonder, this retreat ensures an unforgettable stay in any season.

This property offers two levels, 1,350 square feet, two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and can accommodate up to six guests.

Entering the home via the garage puts you into the living room. This level also offers the dining area and the kitchen.

Living Room: This room offers comfy furnishings, including a full-size sofa sleeper, a 50” Smart TV with DirecTV service, and a gas fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen to provide all the utensils needed for your homemade snacks and meals.

Dining Area: This dining area has a table with seating for six. You'll also enjoy easy access to a patio.
