The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and easily accessible to 185 Fwy North and South. The area welcomes singles, families, couples, and active and retired military families. The home sits on 0.99 acres at the beginning of a cul-de-sac, giving you the privacy and peace you deserve.

This two-story home has UPSTAIRS 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room. There isn't a bedroom downstairs. There is a half bathroom downstairs along with a kitchen, dining area, living room, and deck. The deck features stairs that lead both outside and onto the grass area. There are fire extinguishers on the first and second levels. Be mindful to wear shoes, or slippers when using the stairs to prevent slipping.

Trash is placed in the large black bins outside on the side of the house. Parking is allowed in the driveway, not in the garage nor on the lawn.

Entrance to the home is via a guest code. Please get in touch with the host 24 hours prior to arrival via VRBO to retrieve the temporary code. We DO NOT permit smoking or vaping in or outside the property to prevent fires. No hanging out and playing loud music in the front. We want to respect our neighbors.
