Easy check in, loved the underground parking and wifi access was good. Room was clean. We barely spend any time there just to sleep but it was exactly what we needed.

It was very nice. The only small issue was that we tried to watch our NFL team's first home game and Amazon Prime let us watch for 10 minutes then repeatedly exited after 30 seconds of re-trying.. In the grand scheme, small. The pool hours seemed short... never got to use it. Left property just as we found it. The host was VERY responsive! Thank you!

It was a perfect base to explore the Rockies. Easy walk into Canmore for restaurants etc. Apartment was well equipped allowing us to have breakfast before heading out for the day . Nice pool and jacuzzi. Didn’t use the gym etc as too busy exploring the outside.

Excellent stay, nice room, clean , the only issue was that my room was on the 3rd floor and elevator happened to be out of service during my stay.

This property was advertised as new, but was run down old and dirty. No clean towels or bedding were provided. Do not recommend this property or the host.

Experience throughout the holidays

Overall the room was extremely small, I would have liked a full kitchenette as we has to wash our dishes in the bathroom sink. The bed itself and toilet paper holder were very loose, almost about to fall apart. I had to screw the right leg on the bed together before we slept that night.

This was a perfect room with excellent bathroom, very comfortable bed & linens, better coffee and tea provided than your average hotel. Walkable to downtown Canmore. Reasonable rate and would have given full marks but the next place over had more of a living room for a lower cost.
