This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 10 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Up to 2 well behaved dogs permitted with manager approval and payment of non-refundable fee pet of $150 per pet. Utilities are included within reason. Excessive bills will be deducted from your security deposit. When booking, please confirm with the Rental Manager whether you wish to pay the Refundable Security Deposit in full or purchase Damage Waiver Insurance for $55 while getting a discounted Security Deposit of $100. There will be a 4% credit card processing fee that will be added when paying with a credit card.

All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
