The pictures of the rental were not the unit we got. None of the furniture from pictures was in the unit. Had a old white leather couch. Which had broken back rests. It was hard as rock. We had to use our lawn chairs, The unit in pictures was blue outside. This unit was painted yellow. The floor was coming up. The second bathroom tub taps seized., could not use. Sink kitchen drain not hooked up.. I contacted manger complained. They fixed a toilet and the drain. Did not repair bathtub taps.I feel I was scammed and want this to not happen to the next renter. I feel I am due a refund of half the rent. I advised manager I was reporting them to VRBO. The only good think was the bed was comfortable.

Great location

Very nice condo with good amenities. Everything you would need to make a meal. However, there are no spices. That includes salt and pepper. Place could use a little maintenance. Beds comfortable lots of hot water. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Cute condo.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent layout. Comfortable bed. The only bad thing was no cable and no tv in the bedroom. Roku doesn't get local stations, so we had to buy an antenna to get the Nascar race. It was too cold out to swim, so we didn't check out the club house.

what an interesting experience

given code was incorrect, took some time to clear up.the third code worked day later. Some other issues when reported were cleared up for us as soon as possible.

Don't stay here

Dishwasher doesnt work. Host was not very responsive with getting it fixed. Delays caused by "getting parts". I stayed here for 30 days and notified the host shortly after arriving that it was broken. When I left the diswasher was still broken. The place in general needs to be upgraded. Flooring replaced, loose outlets, new pillows and mattresses.I will never stay here again, if I could give 0 stars I would

Just ok

Property was close to Disney, we ubered every day and it was about $30-$40 each way. Close to Walmart and several restaurants. Condo needs to be updated with quality materials. (Peel and stick tile that was starting to come up in living room/ dining/ hallway) appliances didn't match and major dents in them, toilets were easily clogged. ***BUT, beds were comfy, neighborhood seemed safe, and quiet. Be careful with pets, noticed a couple gators at the pond closest to the condo. Overall, not a bad place to stay, just don't expect anything really nice.

The property was easy to get to, so no issues. It was a quiet neighborhood association. The condo space was large inside, but can certainly use some TLC! If you are looking for a place to sleep and relax for a bit, perfect. If you are looking for a place to "be a home away from home", it would need upgrading to be more comfortable. However, the new towels were soft and nice, and the beds were so comfortable, I tried to put them in my suitcase! LOL Large sized washer and dryer - great for getting laundry done before heading home, and also not to have to pack extra clothing! Surprised to not find a cookie sheet/pizza pan in the available kitchenware. Also, no spices, which I have found at other similar vacation places. The other biggest surprise was no TV in the master bedroom!! This would be a dealbreaker in a future location!

Not Impressed

The dishwasher didn't work right. It would go into a fault mode after about half cycle after draining. Trying to clear it out with the cancel button did not work. Actually had to take bottom front panel off and drain water out of float switch catch basin. Happened 3 times. Ended up washing dishes by hand. Ice cube maker in refrigerator/freezer did not make ice cubes. Micro wave turntable did not work. Flooring from living area to bedrooms was loose. Walking on it sounded like walking in heels. Hot water was not hot in bathroom sinks. Bathrooms sinks were rust stained. Many window blinds did not work or were missing blinds compromising sense of privacy especially at night. Patio door screen door in master bedroom would not roll in track. Outdoor patio from master bedroom needs a good power wash. Would not return to this property again.
