Guest House at Rio Campo

Experience the serenity of a mountain chalet while on the river downtown.

This studio/loft is nestled in the trees above a panoramic bend of the San Juan river known as Cotton Hole. The location grants direct river access for swimming and fishing in the summer and cozy views of the alpenglow in the winter. This private access unit is located above the garage of our newly constructed main house one block off of Main St. For those working remotely, we have the fastest (fiber) internet in town.

The space
This studio was designed for efficiency and comfort. It is equipped with everything you need for short or extended stays. It boasts full kitchen, luxury bathroom with soaker tub, radiant floors, balcony, dining island, king sized bed, living area with couch swivel TV, washer/dryer. This unit is above the garage of the main house with a private entrance and access requires stairs to the 2nd floor.
Other things to note
This is a brand new listing for our guest studio attached to a new construction house. While the listing is new, we have been hosting in Pagosa for years and have been classified as Superhosts for sometime. Great location!

Great location in the heart of Pagosa. Close to all the shops restaurants and within walking distance of the springs. Great hosts as well.

You can walk to dinner, downtown, breakfast, the springs. Really a great location. Super clean and comfortable. Quick communication with the owner. Will stay here again.

Great Location!

I rented this for my relatives were visiting town. They absolutely loved staying here, and couldn't say enough good things about this place. Quiet, comfortable, beautiful views, great location for exploring town. They said they slept better here than any other place on their three week vacation across the west! They can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful experience for my family!

A Perfect Stay!

This was our first time in Pagosa Springs and we could not have found a better location for our stay. The guest house at Rio Campo was ideal, the apartment was beautiful, had everything we needed, we loved the aesthetics and modern design and appreciate the detailed thoughtfulness of the owners. The location could not have been more ideal, within walking distance of all the best restaurants and the river and hot springs, and a short drive to the incredible beauty of the San Juan Mountains. This will be our go-to place every time we are in Pagosa Springs, we are looking forward to our return! Thank you for creating such an ideal space for your guests.

Wonderful apartment in amazing location

This property is spotless and spacious and beautifully appointed. The balcony looks over the San Juan River, and we spent as much time out on it as possible. Restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and hot springs are all within a few blocks. And the Pagosa Springs Riverwalk goes right past the property. The hosts are welcoming and very responsive. We hope to return to this gem!

Great location for skiing Wolf Creek and visiting Pagosa Springs

Clean property. Quiet yet connected to homeowner's unit. The place is well furnished, well-built, heats well, has a nice balcony, and is very peaceful sitting right on the San Juan river. You can easily walk to restaurants, shops, spas, etc. Nikki and Pete are excellent hosts. The listing is perfect for a couple, and can work for a ski trip of probably no more than 3 people given that it is a studio (2 can share the king bed, and a small futon can sleep 1 more - tight quarters for 3 but can work for those that aren't looking for privacy).
