Condo was what we expected, no surprises. Great stay. We really loved the patio. Rooms were quiet. We brought extra paper towels, dishwasher pods, toilet paper etc, only because we were there almost a week. Would stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great Ocean Front Condo!

We enjoyed this property. It was very close to the beach so no long walks dragging beach gear. There were some dated aspects to the unit but overall the condo and property amenities were well maintained. If available, we would stay here again.

The location was nice, the master bedroom bed was very comfortable, in fact we slept very well. Some of the furniture appeared to be outdated and worn but overall was acceptable.

Best Vacation Ever!

From the time we checked in until we checked out everything was top notch! The rental company texted to let us know someone was coming by to change the air filter. They also texted just to check and make sure things were great! The condo was perfect and beautiful! The pool is nice and just the right size! We had a perfect view of the beach! The walk to the beach was short and easy- no steps! Everything was absolutely perfect- even the weather! The chair/umbrella guy was so kind also! This beach and area are quieter than other more touristy places, and was more enjoyable! We will definitely be back next year!

There was construction at the condo. Monday and Tuesday morning at 9 there was loud drilling/grinding for 2 hours. It seems this type of work would be more appropriate in the off season/winter months

We totally agree but understand the HOA is still trying to put all the pieces back together after Hurricane Sally back in 2020. This is our second stay at a Sandy Key condo and we loved it! Check in easy, unit was clean and view was stunning! These condos and this area once again proved to be family friendly on the beach. The condos are located on one side by another condo, but houses on the other side so plenty of open beach to enjoy! Will rent again next year!
