This is one of a kind 1600 square foot duplex apartment with a 1200 square foot backyard (unheard of in NYC) and a deck, seating for 8-10 people, and a Weber BBQ grill. It has a modern kitchen with Viking kitchen appliances, a Steinway upright piano, and a 55 inch 4K Ultra HD TV. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and there is an additional powder room in the open living space. The master bedroom also has its own private access to the backyard. Conveniently located between two subway stations and just one stop away from Manhattan, Williamsburg is the coolest place to be! This neighborhood is home to dozens of NYC's best restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. The apartment is just steps away from Bedford Avenue and a three blocks from the waterfront's Domino Park. It is located on the first two floors of a town house, giving it a cozy home away from home feeling.

Williamsburg is one of the most popular destinations in all of New York City for a reason. It has some of the world's best restaurants and cafes, perfect for foodies and WOH guests alike. This walkable neighborhood offers luxury shopping, boutiques, art galleries, music venues, and great parks. The apartment is located just three blocks from Domino Park, which depending on the season has volleyball, pickleball, ice skating, salsa nights, yoga, playground, and sunset views of the Manhattan skyline.
