Cute quaint stay!

This cottage was the perfect place to lay our heads after long days of skiing. Being on the lake was so nice too- especially for our pups!

Splendid place to spend Christmas

This was the perfect little cabin to unplug at. The hot tub was super nice as well. I have only been away 1 wk and wish I wish back.

Quiet, secluded lake property. Lake was very quiet. A perfect place to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Property owners were very friendly, helpful, and respectful of our privacy.Hot tub was a nice bonus!

Very quaint, cozy place. Had everything we needed to unplug and unwind. There wasn't a swimming beach for us, but the dog had a marvelous time splashing around. The hot tub was an added bonus & felt wonderful!

Quaint cozy cabin

Despite the cool rainy day, we had a cozy little cabin to celebrate our anniversary. The hot tub was a nice too. Great for a glamping experience. The house is really close but inside the cabin you would never know it.

Very cozy cottage

This is a very cute, clean, stocked cabin. It is right on the water. Fishing was good for just using the row boat. Teen boys loved it. Campfires at night with the loons calling. There are alot of area attractions to consider.

Great little cabin on the water

It was me and my dog flash, here over a long weekend. I look for properties with not a lot of action going on. I am an introvert and thrive on peace, solitude and tranquility. This place filled those boxes nicely. The Sax-Zim bog is nearby and Duluth is not far either. Birders, a great place to be near the bog!!! The pics are just a couple of the ones I took at Sax-Zim.

Nice one night stay right by the lake with hot tub and grill

Cute space but rustic with not great amenities as outhouse was a bit dirty and did not smell good and there was a basin with no running water to clean up. Hot tub was very nice and host was very helpful and left chocolates and good coffee for the Kuerig. Liked sitting right next to the lake and relaxing while grilling. Liked taking the paddle boat out to swim off of. Main house overlooks the cabin so didn’t feel very private but was quiet.

Thank you for reviewing our place Kathryn, we need those as new Vrbo hosts. We were worried about that porta-potty too as we had temps in the 90s for some time and they service on a schedule. The running water for wash basin I believe one of the men asked about and I reminded that was the Culligan dispenser with hot/cold/room temp water behind the door, to be used to fill the pitcher to pour into the basin as described on the listing. Old settler style I joked. Plus mentioned the hose hand washing station on the cabin patio and I know he talked about finding the solar shower. I am sorry that you didn't feel very private on the shoreline behind our home as it is quite elevated over the cabin grade, we are barely home, and always make a point of being scarce when guests are in the cabin just for that reason. Wish we had realized that while you were here as that is our main goal with this rental, sharing this solitude we've lived. It was a pleasure hosting your group for the night on your bike trail adventure!
