Enjoy yourself on this tranquil part of Lake Hamilton with 400' of lake front complete with 4 homes, 8 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, 3 large decks, 2 large game rooms, 3 hot tubs, 3 fire pits, boat ramp & dock! This property sleeps 22 in 8 bedrooms, each with king size pillow top mattresses complete with luxury linens. In each of the 8 bathrooms, there are Nest brand body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Two of the bathrooms have ToTo brand bidet toilets. There are also 3 full kitchens and 3 dining rooms. One home has seating for 8 at the dining table and 4 more at the kitchen bar counter; two homes have dining seating for 6 each. We also have 2 large game rooms complete with pool tables, shuffleboard, darts, ping pong, poker/gaming tables and a TV viewing area. The property is perfect for intimate weddings. It can easily accommodate 60 - 75 guests on the large outdoor deck and is the perfect place for your reception in the backyard area. It's also great for family reunions or corporate get togethers!

Fabulous extended-family getaway in Hot Springs!

We recently stayed at this property for an extended family vacation--four siblings, their spouses and children, and the parents. With everyone 17 and older, it was imperative to have enough space overall and, specifically, enough space where people could also get away from each other when they felt like it. With three houses, a guest cottage and two game rooms, there was plenty of space to spread out--and the extensive deck on the main house provided plenty of space to come together also. When one or two minor issues arose, the hosts were extremely responsive to our needs. Many members of the family praised the property and its location and expressed how perfectly it suited our needs. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a similar situation.

Half and half

There were features of our rental that were very nice: The large deck was wonderful, the two top units were really very nice. But there were also many problems with the Lake House and especially the Guest Cottage. Mattresses in the small lake house bedroom and both guest house units were described as “marshmallows” and need to be replaced! We had to call to get information to get into the guest house units, the wifi there was not working, the coffee pots did not work and the bath rooms were quite small and difficult to navigate. The oven in the lake house was not heating adequately and that affected meal preparation.
