Inside The Tulum Vibe, you will find a simple deco that gives you a relaxing ambiance and an enjoyable atmosphere. The Penthouse is a luxurious 2-story penthouse located inside the community of Aldea Zama - just a short bike or scooter ride away. This charming Penthouse has a unique style, decorated with beautiful Mexican handcrafts and sophisticated wood finishes.

Upon entering this luxurious villa, you are greeted by a huge open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining, and lounge space. Each piece of furniture is hand-made from local wood and artisans.

The living and dining room opens into the 1st pool and jungle terrace with a beautiful tree growing through the patio. The dining room features a hand-made table from local wood called Parota which sits up to 6 persons.

The center kitchen counter seats 4 on hand-made wooden leather stools.

The home was built as a chic jungle retreat, offering a fascinating stay surrounded by lush vegetation and maximum privacy. Wildlife such as toucans and tropical birds are just outside the enormous sliding glass doors that allow a crisp breeze to fill the entire first floor.

The beautifully embellished fully equipped kitchen is connected to the living and dining area, where you will find an alluring mural painted by one of the most talented local artists. This is the centerpiece of the entire home and is an iconic picture-worthy backdrop.

The kitchen and living room are illuminated by the stunning open terrace with a private pool overlooking the jungle where toucans and wildlife bring serenity to your stay.

The first level is composed of a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with two closets, each with a private balcony and its own bathroom. Each balcony has handmade Macramé chairs and tables to enjoy an early morning coffee. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a pull-out double to accommodate a friend or family member. There is a SMART TV with Netflix and apps to enjoy a movie after a long day at the beach or exploring the nearby Mayan ruins.

The second bedroom consists of a separate entry from the outside hallway (lock-off) with a queen-sized bed and its own full bathroom and closet.

Reach our second floor where you’ll find one more bedroom with another full bathroom and penthouse views of an amazing sunset over the jungle. The bedroom consists of a King size bed and a Queen size pull-out decorated with a headboard artistically placed from local tree roots. There is a second refrigerator and a 55 inch TV with a desk to get some forgotten work completed with high-speed internet.

The second-floor patio contains a barbeque area, outdoor furniture, and the 2nd pool. You can enjoy a kitchenette inside the room, a patio for drinks and a relaxing place to catch up with friends and family, or a relaxing swim.

The home is made of polished cement which keeps the home cool during hot days. Huge windows and doors open with a screen to create a fresh Caribbean breeze and keep pesky mosquitos out. The neighboring buildings don't have windows on the side of their building which creates an amazing sense of privacy and peacefulness.

Since the best experiences are the ones shared, our main goal was to create a fully open space that allows people to connect without sacrificing comfort and privacy.
