Beautiful Valley Farm House, With View

Leave your worries behind and unwind in this spacious, serene retreat nestled in the heart of Puyallup’s beautiful farming district. Surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature, this unique 8-acre property offers a relaxing escape with Rody Creek winding along its edge.

Right next door to Watson’s Nursery, you’ll have easy access to gorgeous seasonal flowers, a charming coffee shop and restaurant, and even live reindeer during the Christmas season!

In the warmer months, enjoy four acres of beautifully mowed lawn—perfect for a friendly game of kickball, a leisurely picnic, or simply soaking up the sunshine in our apple orchard. Whether you’re looking for a quiet retreat or a home base for your Pacific Northwest adventures, this property offers the best of both worlds.

Adventure is never far away! We’re just minutes from the Washington State Fairgrounds, the Tacoma Dome, and downtown Puyallup. Mount Rainier National Park and Olympic National Park make wonderful destinations for day trips, and Seattle is just a short drive away.

Come experience the beauty, tranquility, and charm of the Pacific Northwest. We think you’ll love it here!

A few things to note before booking: The property requires the use of stairs. A train runs approximately 0.35 miles away, and you may occasionally hear its whistle during your stay.

The place has a wow factor the minute you walk in. The view from the back is beautiful. Everything you need to have a comfortable stat. We would definitely stay again and recommend. There are quite steep stairs to get up to it that should be taken into consideration though. We were all seniors staying there but have no issues with climbing stairs at this time.

We absolutely adored this farmhouse! It was charming, warm, and incredibly inviting. Our hosts were wonderful—very accommodating and excellent communicators from start to finish. The scenery was absolutely phenomenal, and the location was perfect: close enough to enjoy all the area’s attractions while still being convenient to the airports. The deck off the master bedroom quickly became one of our favorite spots. The kitchen and dining room were exactly what our family of 6 needed, making meals together easy and enjoyable.Joan was such a sweet soul. I truly enjoyed visiting with her in person. She was informative, kind, caring, and compassionate, and she made us feel so welcome. Our family made wonderful memories here, and we hope to stay at this beautiful farmhouse again someday. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay!
