The space
Get ready for an unforgettable stay in our two-story private home. With three spacious bedrooms, two full-sized bathrooms, a cozy living room, dining area, bright breakfast nook, and a fully fenced spacious outdoor area, you'll have everything you need for an amazing getaway.

Bedrooms:
We offer 3 bedrooms designed with your ultimate comfort in mind. They are all equipped with smart UHD TVs and USB charging lamps for all your gadgets. The first bedroom located downstairs boasts a queen bed, futon sofa, and outdoor access for your convenience. The other two bedrooms upstairs are equally impressive - one features a queen bed and access to a private balcony with a cozy seating area, perfect for taking in the breathtaking sunrise or sunset. The third bedroom is a dream for families, with two double beds and two twin trundles that can be stored away when not in use. Plus, there are kids book and a shelf full of board games for those quiet and fun moments.

Bathrooms:
Our two full-sized bathrooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and other essentials. The first bathroom, located downstairs, features a relaxing soaking tub, while the second bathroom, conveniently located upstairs, serves the other two bedrooms.

Living Room/Dining:
Step into our inviting living room that features a futon sofa bed, accent chair, and an electric fireplace to keep you cozy. With a smart 4K UHD 55” TV that has Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, or your favorite apps, you'll never run out of entertainment options. The dining area is perfect for a family dinner or a friendly gathering, with enough seating for up to 8 people.

Kitchen/Breakfast Nook:
The fully stocked kitchen has all the cooking essentials you need, including pots, pans, utensils, and flatware. Plus, there's a dual coffee maker (Keurig and drip), electric kettle, and a selection of teas for your enjoyment. Next to the kitchen, you'll find a bright and airy breakfast nook that overlooks and accesses the courtyard through sliding doors. Savor your breakfast or a drink while enjoying the peaceful view.

Outdoor Living:
Our spacious outdoor area is fully fenced and perfect for relaxation or family gatherings. You can dine under the gazebo, fire up the BBQ, sit by the fire pit (BYO wood), or relax in a secluded seating area with your favorite book or morning coffee. We also provide some outdoor games such as Bocci balls and Cornhole sets for added fun.

Additional info:
You can park up to 2 cars in the fenced driveway or outside the fence for more space.
There's also a washer and dryer available in the laundry room if needed. Please keep in mind that this area is mainly the host's storage area, so please keep the internal doors closed while not in use. The outside door is not a guest entrance.
