There are great local restaurants for the Texas Foodies to enjoy or use our gas grill for a nice outdoor BBQ. There is so much to do nearby for families, a solo trip, or a couples romantic getaway or get the entire gang down to nearby Whitewater Amphitheater for a concert! Feel free to bring your boat, there is space in front of the property to store your trailered vessel and a short ride to launch at Potter's Creek boat launch!

There are 55' smart televisions in the family room, master and guest rooms controlled by Amazon Fire Sticks. There is a swing ring game on the back deck as well as corn hole boards for hours of fun!

The bathroom, stocked with plush bath/pool towels is conveniently located for all. There is also a shampoo, conditioner and soap dispenser stocked as a convenience for our guests.

And the pièce de résistance? An inviting updated above-ground pool, perfect for sun-soaked days of sunbathing or some splashing fun or enjoy the new trend in cold soaks. The expansive deck offers room for all, with ample seating and a snazzy gas fire pit, ready to whip up some delectable s'mores. There is also a natural wood fire pit for controlled fires (just double-check for any burn bans). Feel free to bring your own firewood or purchase from the property owners. Get ready for an unforgettable escape!

Kindest reminder: There is NO Lifeguard on Duty. We kindly request that all guests using the pool understand and acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. We regret that we cannot accept any liability for accidents or injuries that may occur while using the pool. Your safety is important to us, so please exercise caution your rental agreement adhere you to such rules. Thank you for your understanding. Guest will enjoy all areas of the home to themselves. We will send your exclusive door code upon arrival.

There are two owners closet and utility room that is locked. There is plenty of dresser space and a closet in the master. There are also two luggage racks on property.
