We are disappointed to hear that your recent stay at the Chateau en Exotica was not what you expected. We have been in business for over 40 years providing vacations of a lifetime for families around the globe, and we take pride in our villa and our staff. I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your comments, but also to respond on a few points you mentioned. Our property is situated on over 5 acres in the mountains overlooking the Caribbean Sea, which you can clearly see in the many pictures on our website. It would be impossible for the property to have a beach being in the mountains. HOWEVER, as residents of the San San Estates, our guests have access to a PRIVATE beach on San San Bay, a mere 3-5 minute drive down the hill. In fact, many of our guests choose to take a 15-20 minute walk down the beautifully treed, rainforest road to San San beach for a day of fun in the sun. Our pool is a uniquely designed, keyhole shaped, private pool available only for our guests to enjoy. It is clearly photographed on our website and is designed to capture the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea while you cool off with a swim or just lounge around, all the while being served refreshing beverages by our caring and competent staff. Because our property sits on 5+ secluded acres, we have ample land space, for not one, but 2 hot tubs for your relaxing pleasure and privacy. Again, thank you for letting us know about the wi-fi accessibility and the cable issues. We are sorry to hear that you had problems with those things, and we will see to it that those problems are addressed. We are constantly upgrading our electronic equipment and want to make every effort to ensure our guests have a memorable stay and a speedy return to the Chateau en Exotica.

Our attempt is to continusiouly offer and provide, extremly affordable rates, at some of most beautiful and totally private accomodations, in the safest, and most select and gorgeous areas of jamaica, or where ever they those properties are located worldwide. It is heart warming to know, that our efforts, though not always perfect, have in fact attracted world wide rave reviews, not what we say, but what many of the following world famous say: In any book store or libary, you may read worlds leading travel author, arthur frommer's jamaica travel, opinion of the chateau en exotica. Chateau en exotica is featured on pbs television special, the bahamas and the caribbean with shiri belafonte Jamaica's leading newspaper the daily gleaner Calls chateau en exotica " a jamaica dream house" with this being almost a full page sunday feature. A t & t million dollar contest (chateau en exotica twice chosen, as at&t's dream distination) Film crew from movie cocktails, guests of chateau while filming Movie Our properties are featured in many travel books Caribbean's deluxe property magazine maco had a five page feature on castle's on the sea. (our newest property). We believe it would be extremly difficult to find other private or public resorts, that have those type of alcolades, its really great, when other's praise your efforts. It's almost equally encouraging to get hundreds of numerious positive feedback from our happy guests, and thank god we certainly have recieved more than our share, making all efforts from both ourselves, our professional staff's, and all others involved totally worth while. Each year we recieve many such letters of thanks. Sorry that we can not share, all of them. Our thank you to all of our returning guests (which have been many), are both verbal, writting, and also a 15% returning guests discount, at any rental property we have. We feel certain that most guests would return, even if there were no discount. Hopefully some of our guests, may also share their comments, to this venue, regarding any of our properties, they have formally vacationed at.
