Relax at Bella Paradiso! This is a well-appointed condo located steps from downtown. This retreat includes a comfortable bed, a contemporary living area with a large smart TV with a DVD player and a movie library, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. There are a couple of chairs out front overlooking Main Street, which is a great viewpoint for car shows.

The historic downtown is a short, and relatively flat, 300-yard walk down a beautiful stone sidewalk. Parking downtown is very limited (and expensive), so, most guests simply park at the condo and walk or ride the trolley. There is a trolley stop just south (to the left) of the driveway. There are many fine restaurants near the condo. Also, The Stone House typically has live music every Friday night, so if you get to town early, stop in. Both are perfect places to relax in the afternoon.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Disappointing

First I experienced difficulty gaining access to the room, key code and lock was too difficult. Had to enter and reenter code several times before gaining entry. No TV, cups of any kind and no coffee .Als

Very Dirty and Needs a Good Scrubbing!

There were massive cob webs in the front windows and door. There is black mold along the bathtub. The bath tile needs a really good scrubbing it is filthy. There were dead spiders and cob webs in every corner. There was trash on the floor. I contacted Vacasa about the issue all they said was sorry. They should have sent someone out to clean the place properly. The parking was fine. The location was okay. It is a 10 minute walk to get to the main area where most things are so if you can't walk far this is not for you. The only upside is the WiFi worked perfect. Clean the place properly for guests and update the beding and MAYBE I would recommend and go back myself, but for now I would not.

Mostly Ok

The bed was very comfy. The place was clean and the toiletries provided were great quality along with a generous amount of towels. The cons...the photos advertise onsite laundry facility - false. The front room of this property has no ventilation and therefore was extremely hot when we arrived. (It did cool down eventually, but customer service suggested "just open a window") Bring your own coffee and cups if more than one person is drinking coffee. There is the bare minimum of dishes/utensils. Overall it was a comfortable stay at a great price, but I likely won't book again.

Perfect for us

Great location. 3 minute walk from the Cathouse and Pied Piper. Sat outside in chairs and watched folks walk by. Clean and comfortable. Great parking right outside of our door. Only complaint would be lousy coffee maker.

Great Place!

I loved the touch of home feeling that the place had with a wax melt and towel dryer, the bed was really comfortable and had a table for a lab top or food area. Tv was a great size, over the electric fireplace which worked great and was relaxing! Great parking right in front of the unit as well. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Pictures are very deceiving!

It was an older property and didn’t look inside like the pictures. There was no dresser to put any of your lounge on nor any place to hang your clothes. It said pet friendly but definitely wasn’t a place to take your pet out to use the restroom but flower beds. I registered two adult but only had 1 coffee mug. The sheets at least looked clean and had plenty of towels. There was spiders up in the shower in the corners the bathroom sink looked to be falling in. Hmmm all I really and can is that it was a bed close to down town.

We left a day early

Location is great but cleanliness was lacking. Bath tub would not drain and the strong fragrance when we checked in was overwhelming. A fresh coat of paint and a deep cleaning in the bathroom would do wonders. This place is very close to the downtown scene and was great for that.

Biking trip/ exploring the town

Great location for getting into historic downtown. Pizza across the street and easy access to biking trails within 10 mins. The space was great for a couple and was just as listed . We would definitely stay again!

Quaint little place on the ground floor. Soft couches and beds, which we loved! The property manager was super responsive for check in, special request, and check out. Would stay here again.

Plenty of room

This was a great place to stay and had plenty of room. I didn't feel like I was cramped for space. My wife could go to bed early and I stayed up watching a movie without bothering her. It was great and right at the edge of downtown. Wonderful place to stay.

Eureka Springs

Property is ok for a short stay but could use a little updating. It’s kind of dark for my taste. Property is on the busy Main Street so traffic noise can be a nuisance. Access to Trolley is a short walk away. An issue with the TV was addressed immediately which I appreciated.

Anniversary Trip #1

This property is the perfect location within walking distance of downtown. It's also the perfect location to hop in your car and enjoy the sights and attractions of Eureka Springs. I highly recommend this property! The only negative I have on this location is the lighting. It's rather dark in the bedroom and the bathroom. The bed and sofa/chair are super comfy and plenty of space to stretch out and relax! We highly recommend and hope to come back soon!
