We loved the condo. It's in a great location and perfect for two people. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony with the beautiful lake view. We will definitely rent this one again.

The condo was as described. It was immaculate. The couch and chairs nice and comfortable. Kent our host was so thoughtful down to farm fresh eggs. The lake view was really nice. I definitely felt we got our monies worth.

The view from the living and from the balcony are spectacular. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and checkout. Wonderful location for fun, food and entertainment. We will definitely be back soon.

Host is very attentive to any issues during the stay! Ours was very minor, in the form of batteries in the tv remote, but still very attentive. View is amazing, condo perfect for a couple and pool is appreciated!

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! Ken is one of the most accomodating and welcoming hosts we've ever dealt with. Communication was great throughout the and even before the booking process, His condo provides everything you need and then some! It is very clean and comfortable and the area is very quiet and peaceful even though it is on the lake. The view of the lake is awesome and we highly recommend this property, This is definitely a property you will want to visit again.

The place was super clean! It was a great place to stay and I loved the view of the place hopefully I will be able to stay at the location next month. I do a get away every month on the first so I will try and schedule this place again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The view of the lake is amazing. Mr. Ken is a lovely host. He gave great recommendations of places to visit while we were here. He responded very quickly to all of our questions. The kitchen was stocked very nicely. The drinks in the fridge and farm fresh eggs were a lovely bonus. His place is very warm and welcoming. We will definitely book with him again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Waking up to that view and sitting on the balcony was soothing to our souls. Its location was great for a home base running around in Hot Springs. All of your family and friend’s pics made us feel like we were visiting a friend. Thanks for having us!
