Lake Haven Cottage-Lake front

no swimming or motorized boats in the lake. We allow dogs. A $100 pet fee must be paid before arriving at the location. each home has a ring door bell camera, if you bring a pet without paying the fee it will increase to $250. Thank you for understanding!

We have 7 properties close in this community with a sleeping total of 17 if you have a family getaway! See bottom of listing for more information.

Wow. That is the first word that comes to my mind every time I walk in this door! The back of the home overlooks the lake and has two large windows and French doors with amazing views. When you're standing in the kitchen you cannot see land, it is like you're on the water!

Have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the back deck while listening to the sound of nature all around you is a special treat!

Everything in this house is brand new as of December 2022. New central heat and air, new appliances, new flooring, new walls new everything! Nice front load washer and dryer.

Located just 30 minutes south of Chattanooga about 5 mi off of I-75 this amazing cabin is the perfect home away from home.

Feed geese, ducks and fish right from your back deck!

Cute little community where we own three other houses that can be booked at the same time if you have a larger group.

Please let us know if you have any questions! We have five other properties that have either a 4.8 or a 4.9 out of five stars! We are amazing host that are local, only 5 minutes away from these homes and we are always there when you need us.

This place is a true hidden gem! Deck over looking the private lake! What more could you ask for. The cottage is meticulously maintained, there is no detail left out. We will be back soon?

Place was great. We wanted an escape before our wedding and it was exactly that. Plenty of space for us to get all of our DIY projects done leading up to our wedding weekend in Chattanooga!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was clean, everything was working, you had options of 2 coffee makers (Keurig and standard). Waking up to the sunrise above the lake and being able to enjoy the calm was serene.Only item that would have made the stay better would have been higher water pressure, but this is not a reason to not consider booking again.This was truly a location to re-charge. Thank you for having us.

I loved the cabin and lake. The decor was very nice. The furniture was comfortable. And the place was clean throughout. I was surprised that there was no coffee. There was only 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper and only 3 tissues in the tissue box. Besides those things, our stay was very pleasant.

Thank you for your five star review and for your positive feedback. We leave one roll of toilet paper per day that guests are staying. We don't leave tissues but if a guest leaves them behind, we will leave them until they run out. Sorry about that! Maybe it's something we should add! We hope to host you again in the future!

5 of the 6 homes we own and rent in this community literally have decks on the water! Fishing is right at your doorstep. Our cleanliness is unparalleled
to anyone else. Our service is superior. Our property manager, our daughter Rachael has been in hospitality management for 23 years! She is certified in hospitality management and a licensed CAM. You will be taken care of and want to return year after year!
