Secure and Private closed Community. Friendly and quiet neighborhood. Brand new, Contemporary, Mexican-style house with a closed and private backyard with an amazing pool. Comfortable and relaxing environment. You will love to be surrounded by natural soft, wonderful sounds that will keep you amazingly relaxed. Each bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom. You will enjoy this comfortable and well-equipped house and kitchen with all you need to cook and prepare from tea or coffee to a complete meal.
The house is located in CONKAL, YUCATAN and 10 minutes far from the ancient, traditional, and beautiful town of CONKAL, YUCATAN. There are many traditional restaurants, convenience stores, gas station, fruit stores with a great variety of local fresh fruit and veggies, butcheries, taco shops, rotisseries, and so on.

This house is conveniently located between the famous Puerto Progreso Beach, (30 min.), The Historical Downtown Merida (35 min.). The airport is about 30 minutes, approx., too. and Surrounded by beautiful natural places to practice Ecoturism on Maya Land with interesting, important archaeological sites, such as Balankanche, X'keken, E Balam, Dzibilchaltun, Izamal, Chichen Itza, Valladolid. Cenotes, (underground caves with clear water). Celestun (Place where Flamencos get together).

Backaches and broken toilets.

On arrival house looked clean enough but the sink was rusty, dirty and unusable. Took 4 days to fix. I had to contact VRBO to get them.movimg on it. Water boiler blew up. Took more than 24 hours to fix. Every toilet in the house broke at one point, too much calcium in the water. Took days to repair each time. Had to wash window screens as they were so dirty the air did not come through. The window sills are very dirty. Reno's had just been done to master closet so I had to clean away all the sawdust. No microwave, so we bought our own. The hardest couch in the world. THE ABSOLUTE WORST MATRESSES. WE HAD TO BUY FOAM MATTRESSES just to be able to get up in the morning. We asked them to replace at least one since we were there for 3 months but no response from owner. It's not a bad house, the location is good just not suitable for long term rental as it is.

Lovely Neighborhood and great host

The small private community was a great place for our 42 day stay. The location was just minutes to Merida and Progresso. The home was as described and met all our needs. Our host was accessible and responded quickly. The neighbors were friendly and we left knowing this is the type of community that you dont find just anywhere.

Every convenience included.

Firstly, Susana was the most attentive property manager we've ever dealt with. Always timely replies to all our queries and cooperative with our requests. This is an all inclusive property best suited for a secluded quiet vacation. I would suggest that a car is required as this property is outside of Merida proper, but car rentals are inexpensive. The property is in a new development and extremely clean and well equipped, and very inexpensive. Note, you must have an ID when checking in with the guard at the front gate.
