Initially the listing address was the property across the street. The host messaged us the correct address.Upon arrival I noticed the entrance was extremely unkept with wasp, and mildew. Overall the house was okay, however it could use some maintenance. Scratched up walls, dirty baseboards, spider webs on the ceiling, and the carpet was extremely filthy to the point the bottom of our house shoes were brown. After check out the host claimed we tore a pillow and insisted it was worth over 1,000 in damages.

Hi Kendra, We’re sorry to hear these concerns, especially since communication during your stay was positive and no issues were mentioned, even after we followed up. Had we been made aware, we would have been happy to address them right away. After check-out, we did find damage to one of our high-end pillows, which is why a claim was filed. We do our best to maintain a clean, comfortable space and appreciate when guests notify us of any problems during their stay so we can make things right. Thank you again for staying with us.
