Posh vacation home with plenty of space to enjoy and relax. This home is fully equipped to make your stay feel as if you’re at home but with a little extra pleasure. With a large fenced in yard, you’ll be able to enjoy a breath of fresh air or unwind in the roomy screened in lanai. Take pleasure of the spacious open living room with a large flat screen smart-tv. Either to get work done or to read and relax, there’s a den fully furnished with a desk and lounging chair for your leisure. Along with the 3 bedrooms offered, for extra guests, there’s two pull out sofa beds as well! Conveniently located in Cape Coral, where all your needs is just a short drive away!

Christmas getaway

The house was very clean waking in with everything we need to. We were able to cook at the house it was fully stocked and my son and his girlfriend played foosball and billiards in the garage. I would stay here again in the future, the location was excellent close to stores and restaurants and a great distillery.

Wedding Getaway

The house was amazing! Very clean and spacious! Communication was great all weekend! It was so close to everything including the wedding venue. It was awesome to be able to have a place to rest comfortably and relax in the midst of the crazy weekend. Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful new home

Great Place! Home away from home

Hoang is an excellent host. Went over and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, telling us everything we would need to know before and during our stay. The house is around plenty of stores and restaurants. It’s was also clean and very tidy. (Plenty of towels) We loved the modern sleek feel of the decor. And the screen house was a great place to relax and have dinner at the end of the day. Truly a great experience!

Absolutely new Villa

The Villa was very nice and in best possible shape. The owners are very friendly and respectful and just started the business. I would recommend to add 4 chairs (2 inside and 2 outside) and may be a set of sun chairs. Full recommendation for this nice Villa!
