First snowbird trip with our pup

Excellent! House was as listed, easy check in instruction. Pool, hot tub (nice on a few cool evenings) covered patio and screened lanai were perfect. We had breakfast on the patio everyday - and a few dinners. Kitchen offered everything we needed for a few meals at the house - plates, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Quiet neighborhood - including nearby park with pickle ball courts. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Questions were promptly answered. Will stay here again!

Vacationing from the Midwest. Our second stay, did not disappoint again. House set-up nice, love the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Most definitely book again.

A blessing

Booked this beautiful home for my brother, his wife and 3 children when Hurricane Milton evacuated them from the beach. It was the only property available (even searched hotels) from Miami to Jacksonville. The property host was extremely helpful and considerate. I frequent this area with my family through the year and normally stay in hotels, but I will definitely be a frequent flyer of this home! Thankful for the blessing in a time of dire need ! Can’t say enough about the communication with the propert host either!

Beautiful

The house is clean, big and beautiful, the pool nice and clean, we expended a week with our granddaughter 9th. an had a great time. It is accessible to grocery stores, restaurants an pharmacy. Ralph was very nice to deal with. Will come back.

Best place in Florida

It was very nice. Clean, relaxing, and peaceful. The price to stay there was cheap for the home. It was a very nice home. Had all we needed. I would recommend it to anyone to stay in.

Clean, comfortable and roomy

Very nice property. It was clean and nicely decorated. The house is spacious. The pool area is very nice with a covered Lanai. The pool is a good size, and the hot tub was a real bonus! It is located close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely pick this property again!!

Wonderful stay

The house is clean and comfortable with a lovely pool and lanai area. Only suggestion I would have is an updated coffee maker. Host was responsive and very helpful!

Great house!

Loved it. The house was large enough for us and our guests, and was well stocked with towels, linens, etc. Having an on-site/private pool was perfect, especially when our 2 young grandsons were visiting. The neighborhood was very quiet, and nice restaurants and shopping were close. It was a great experience, we had a wonderful time.

Great Cape Coral Get-Away

My husband and I stayed for a month. Location was close to stores and finding awesome restaurants was easy. Home was clean and everything was nice. Pool was perfect. Not all VRBO homes with heated pools are really heated—this one was. I appreciated that. Hot tub was perfect temp as well. The hosts were very welcoming and we would definitely choose to stay here again. I can see why they are premier hosts. Thank you so much! We had a great time.

Everything we needed

Property was all we expected enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again very clean and well kept even had a place in the garage to keep our car inside. Pool area was very nice and the pool was kept at 84 degrees and the hot tub though small was fine for 2 people

Perfection

House clean and set up perfect for families. Had a great selection of things to use if you forgot something. Everything perfectly connected to patio for the pool and hot tub. Kids didn’t want to leave the house. Owner responded quickly and provided a super easy check out. Will stay again!

Wonderful stay!

We decided to get away for Christmas and this house was perfect for the most part. The house is beautiful, the area was convenient, and we had a great time. We only had 1 complaint and that was the pool. While technically it IS indoors, it is screened in which isn't really specified in the listing. With the temps being in the 70's and with inclement weather, we weren't able to utilize it the way we planned to. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation! We would definitely stay here again!
