All cancellations subject to a 3% processing on funds collected. Fee for late checkout is $100 for up to one hour, then one additional night.
Excessive cleaning/damage will lead to loss of security deposit. Credit card must be under same name as rental agreement/booking.

Family Gathering

This home is spacious, warm, and inviting. There are multiple bedroom accommodations and gathering spaces. The house was also decorated for the holidays, which was a nice touch. The 2 kitchens are well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay over the Thanksgiving week for 14 people. Communication from the host was excellent.

Excellent experience. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The accommodations were wonderful. We had everything we needed and more. We’ve already said we’ll consider returning on our next retreat.

It is a quiet neighborhood with a few other beautiful homes well spaced out, making for a great 'home base' for your vacation. With its close proximity to the Snowshoe Village, you get to experience the best of the resort - and then can retreat to your own secluded space away from the crowds. You get the best of both worlds!
