Escape to The Boathouse – a newly renovated 780 sq/ft one-bedroom suite offering breathtaking views of Lake Norman. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, this luxurious retreat features a brand-new kitchen, a spa-like bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed.

Open Floor Plan: Enjoy a cozy living area with a dining table, a comfortable couch, two chairs, a fireplace, and a 60" smart TV.
Lakeside Deck: Step out onto the new composite deck equipped with a hot tub and a grill, literally on the edge of Lake Norman.
Privacy and Security: The Boathouse is tucked away from the main house, ensuring complete privacy. A driveway camera provides added security.

Wonderful stay at the Boat House

The boathouse and property was stunning and very well appointed with everything we needed or could need. It was so clean and comfortable. We definitely felt right at home here. Sitting out on the deck enjoying the sun and looking out at the water was so relaxing. It was a wonderful getaway and we will certainly be back. Many thanks to our hosts for a memorable stay!

Lovely Lake House

We celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday in the Boat House. It was a perfect get away for us. Everything was so clean and modern. It smelled so fresh and was a great open floor plan. The bed was very comfortable. The host had everything well stocked and answered all of our questions promptly.

Very unique setting!

The Boat House is "on" the water which was very different. The views are delightful and the place is very comfortable. We certainly enjoyed our stay!

A taste of lake life!

Beautiful little boat house - exactly what we were looking for to explore Lake Norman. Very private and charming. We enjoyed a boat tour from 77 Watersports and then rented a pontoon boat from them the next day… a great way to see the area! Thankful we had a chance to relax

Perfect spot on Lake Norman

The boathouse is a perfect spot on Lake Norman, equipped with a hot tub, paddle boards, and kayaks. Perfect weekend getaway but close enough to all the amenities of Mooresville!

Boathouse on the lake

This rental was perfect for us. We were right on the lake and our boat could be docked safely and our trailer could be kept there too. It was very close to a public boat ramp. The rental was very comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful boathouse

A girls weekend with my daughter at the most beautiful boathouse. With all the windows you can see all that's happening on the lake. The sunset's from this location were beautiful. Location was great. We both love the water so the use of the paddleboards were appreciated.

Amazing!!

The Boat House was absolutely amazing! Perfect romantic getaway, nestled away yet close to everything. Perfect for us too, traveling to and from North Wilkesboro. Every detail inside to all the amenities outside too including the hot tub. Definitely recommend and will return if we are back in Lake Norman.

Beautiful Bungalow at the Lake Norman

This is a beautiful and well-appointed home right on Lake Norman. It is exactly as pictured and described. The owners have supplied everything you need for your stay away from home. Linda is very responsive to any questions that you may need to ask before your stay.The views are lovely. We will be returning to this charming bungalow.

Birthday Lakeside Haven!

This Boathouse is incredible! Upon arrival, the first thing you notice is the beautiful view of the lake and wonderfully groomed landscaping. The house is literally gorgeous, clean, warm, private and was very welcoming for our 60th Birthday celebration. Plenty spacious for the two of us and our mini dachshund, who had the best time ever watching boats, jets skis and the fish, she even enjoyed kayaking! The Boathouse has all necessities, very comfortable bed and furniture to cozy up. We especially enjoyed the hot tub as we watched the sunset each night with some vino! Thank you Linda & Kerry for great communication and for sharing this beautiful boathouse. Will definitely return! Thanks, Brenda & Jennifer
