Great location to access the lake close by. Very picturesque location.Pics are a lil deceiving in that things are actually on a smaller scale IRL but still good amenities.Be aware, the pond is not swimmable but paddle boat is fun.

Thank you for staying with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, amenities, and paddle boat. For clarification for future guests, all photos in our listing are current, unaltered photos of the actual property and amenities—nothing has been digitally enlarged or represented as being larger than it is. As noted in the listing, the private pond is not designated for swimming and is provided for guests to enjoy by paddle boat and from the surrounding property. We always encourage guests to review the full listing details so they know exactly what to expect before booking.

Was a wonderful weekend for lots of memories made with my children and grandchildren. The lake was only a few miles, 2 dollar store, grocery store, a great little restaurant with really good ice cream cones ( which was a treat for the grandkids) and beautiful scenery.Hot tub was wonderful, the lake view was so pretty looking out at which having my coffee. The home was very clean and plenty of room for the family. I would recommend this air BNB to anyone if you like the secluded, wild life and peaceful weekend. Our family did get a science lesson that jellyfish does live in fresh water and the lake at the air BNB is full of them but you have to take the paddle boat or some kind of water floating to be able to see them.IMy recondition is the beautiful air BNB, the picture doesn't do justice it's I would definitely recommend the stay. Thank you VRBO for helping me find this place. The Cantrell's

Great Place for a Weekend Away

Loved the property and the amenities offered. Close to town, but far enough away with a small body of water to feel as if you are getting away. Would stay here again.

Husband and I were looking for a quiet secluded getaway where we could fish. So we rented this property for 2 nights. The house was very very clean. Didn't take advantage of the hot tub but it looked to be a large size. Lake is actually a shared pond with neighbors but we had fun fishing it. Was very surprised at the lack of mosquitoes! The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was so so nice. Plenty of hot water and great pressure. The only negative i can say is the neighbors are quite noisy but polite when we encountered them and the selection of pots and pans were really bad. Absolutely would visit again but would bring my own cooking utensils.
