Family beach house with heated private pool - 4 min walk to beach!

Away from the crowds of the hi-rise condos yet close enough to the restaurants and entertainment on Main Street, this beautifully decorated family friendly home has it all. After a 3 minute walk from the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in the heated pool. The covered outdoor lanai is great for grilling, watching your favorite show or game or just enjoying a warm South Carolina evening.

Inside 3 Palms Retreat is a huge open floor plan with vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan and Bahama blinds throughout the home. Brand new furnishings boast a coastal theme throughout. Family room features a 65" Roku enabled TV, and conversation pit couch. Play your favorite music on the bluetooth connected receiver. Dining area has plenty of seating for 8. Kitchen is outfitted with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. Walk out the slider from the kitchen into the screened in back porch with a "peek-a-boo" view of the ocean.
All bedrooms have 55" Roku enabled flat screens for your enjoyment. The master suite features a king size bed, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, dual sink vanity and a huge, fully tiled walk-in shower. There is a secondary suite with queen bed, ceiling fan, bathroom with tub and fully tiled surround. The remaining 2 bedrooms feature one with queen bed and one with 2 twin XL beds, ceiling fans, and walk-in closets. The third bath features a fully tiled walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature travertine tile floors / walls and hand held shower heads.
The lower level lanai features a conversation pit seating area with 55" Roku enabled TV, dining table and Weber gas grill. Enjoy the large paver patio and cool off in the pool on a hot summer night.

During your stay you'll have full access to the entire living area of the home and the locked lower storage area in the front of the house. Locked lower level storage is a great place to store your golf clubs or bicycles. Feel free to use the beach chairs, coolers, games, beach toys and umbrella during your stay.

We take cleaning very seriously. Unlike the "hotel" clean that you get from the property management companies, our cleaning crew throughly cleans every room of the house to ensure it meets our standards. Bedspreads and shams are rotated and cleaned after every rental. Your rental includes all linens, bath towels and kitchen towels. Bring your own beach towels and towels for the pool.

If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $350 additional charge per week.

This property is beautifully decorated and kept. There was ample room for my family and we had a blast in the pool. Typically we like to rent golf carts on our vacations but this year we skipped it and it was close enough to the beach that we were ok without. Just loved relaxing with my family!

Amazing Beach House

Our stay at this house was amazing! It was very clean! My son had an amazing time in the pool and the house was equipped with beach toys, pool toys and much more! Will definitely be staying here again!

Myrtle Beach Fun in the Sun

This house was perfect for us. It was attractive, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and the screened-in deck was perfect for eating outside. The pool was wonderful; the beach was just a short walk away.

Quick walk to the beach!

What a beautiful beach home! It is very clean and spacious. It is a great location to the beach - even our 3 year old managed to walk to the beach. This home has great outdoor dining - we used the screened in porch for breakfast/lunch and the patio/pool area for dinner. We enjoyed the pool! It’s great for young ones that want to walk around and splash. We would definitely check to see if this is home is available if we return to the area for future vacations.

Exceeded our expectations!

The house and location were perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and left nothing wanting. Bedding was great, kitchen modern and included every utensil or pan you might need. The outdoor area was perfect including the pool, grill and seating. The beach was a 3 minute walk. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this home!

Great beach home close to beach

Beautiful, clean property that was an easy walk to beach. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was refreshing and well maintained. Nice breeze way that had casual area seating and table and chairs perfect for outdoor dining. Has an outdoor TV too! Lots of backyard lighting including pool lighting. Indoor furniture was comfortable. Property shows that the owners take pride in this property. They were very easy to reach for questions.

3 Palms Retreat was the perfect setting for our family vacation! The outdoor patio was a favorite hangout - plenty of space to relax, unwind, and let the kids enjoy games like bags and ladder toss (a welcome break from their screens!). The pool was a daily highlight, and the house itself is tucked away on a quiet street, just a short and easy walk to the beach. I considered renting a golf cart, but it turned out to be unnecessary - it’s that close!We really appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, and the convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day in the sand. The home is spotless, well-stocked with everything you need to cook, and looks exactly like the photos. Highly recommend 3 Palms Retreat if you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in North Myrtle Beach!

3 Palms Retreat was an amazing home. It was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The location was great as it was close to everything but also on a quite street. 10 out of 10 recommend this rental. Bill went above and beyond to make our family vacation exceptional. Perfect Vacation Home

I can't think of a single improvement suggestion. Spacious inside and out, great pool area. Outdoor shower was a huge plus. Generous number of beach chairs were much appreciated. Can’t wait to return

We had such great time the house was beautiful and we loved the open floor plan. The pool was great with great outdoor living space. The walk to lye beach was only three minutes and easy. We loved the location, so close to so many restaurants and activities. Bill and barb were so great to work with and so quick to help with any questions. This home was so inviting, comfortable, and everything looked like it was brand new so clean. We can’t wait to return. I’m ready to book my next trip already 💗

Great location

This property was perfect for our family summer vacation. The walk to the beach was very easy and safe (sidewalks and pedestrian crossing). Having a pool was great for days when you didn’t want sand but still wanted some sun. Plenty of options for groceries were within a 10 minute drive (Kroger, Food Lion, Walmart, and Publix). Was able to have my first experience with a Crazy Mason which is a unique ice cream/milkshake shop. Yum! The entire family was able to enjoy our week at this property and we would stay here again if returning to North Myrtle Beach.

Best VACATION!!!

This was by far the best property my family has stayed at. The house was beautiful and very spacious. Great size rooms with comfortable beds, and amazing bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed! The owners had plenty of cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. First time I have never had to buy these items. The downstairs patio, lounge area, and pool was a GAME changer. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! As for the location of the house, it was on a quiet street and very short walk to the beach. Easy access to the beach and not crowded. I highly recommend the property for your next vacation!
