Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is adorable, clean, has everything you need for a great stay, and is in a very convenient location. We will definitely try to stay here again if it’s available the next time we are visiting family in Sacramento!

So comfortable

The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were so much better than a hotel. Kevin was a great host and very responsive. Im so glad i found this place!

Immaculate & quaint duplex

This is a great property. Immaculate, comfy bed and great location. Easy checkin & checkout. We didn’t cook but it appears every necessity is there. This was close to family and we love the area. We will absolutely look forward to staying here again.

Nice stay

The instructions were clear and concise. The location is amazing, within walking distance of a ton of places. The lodgings were pristine and well stocked with cutlery and cookware. A wonderful stay.

Great place in a great neighborhood

Had an extended stay in Sac and wanted a cute house in a walkable neighborhood and this place was the exact property we were looking for. Very comfortable, clean and bright, kitchen well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. Walkable to tower Cafe, a cool brewery, Marie's doughnuts and Taylor's market. Good parking in a safe neighborhood. 5 stars all the way around

Very Clean. Easy instructions for entry and exit. Quiet Neighborhood and conveniently located to many local attractions and airport. Very impressed and happy with the decision in staying at this location rather than a hotel.

Home was great! Neighborhood was super charming. The front steps were super slippery in the rain but that just comes with the territory. Everything else was perfect.

Perfect location

We stayed here for close to a week for an IronMan event and it was close to the venue, markets, and eateries. The house was clean, cute, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again to visit Sacramento.

Comfortable & Clean

The home is comfortable and clean. Has everything we needed. The owner was easy to reach and provided very detailed information about the house as well as both check-in and check-out. The location is perfect - very close to where we wanted to be in Land Park.

Convenient, comfortable and clean!

Property is as described. I loved the historical neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Our host very quickly took care of a small problem. We arrived early and were so tired... contacted host to see if we could check in about 2 hours early and he was so kind and gracious to say, "of course." That was terrific! The fully equipped kitchen would work well for those that want to cook/ The bungalow was nicely decorated, which please me very much. Highly recommend this listing.

Enjoyable Stay

The place we stayed was a beautiful duplex, with a wonderful neighbor to the left, she was friendly. Everything that we could need was provided a comfortable bed, great pillows, and a homey atmosphere. Owner was great with communication. We had a great trip, weather was beautiful we really needed a break from the rain at home. Was so hard to leave the sun behind.

Sacramento Stay Surprise

Great property recently renovated, clean and we,ll-appointed minutes from the Capitol Center. We liked it so much we extended our stay. The property only had 1 review which is generally a red flag for me but communicated with the owner and decided to take a chance. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will return again when visiting Sacramento the next time.

Lovely property

We spent most of our trip wine tasting around Napa but this was a very nice place to go “home” to. Perfect size for the two of us. Very comfortable and inviting. Appreciated communications from host Kevin. Very easy access. Secure. Nice area. Enjoyed watching the neighborhood children Trick or Treat:)

We needed a place to tuck away while our agent hosted Open Houses over the weekend of our home for sale down the street. Kevin's place was just perfect and as a 13 year host myself, I really value all the effort. This rental is very well stocked with items for a comfortable stay. I brought my own Jenga only to notice he even had a set there for guests :) Most important was the cleanliness and the nice comfortable bed and linens! Thanks for a great stay!
