Completely Remodeled and Beautifully Furnished Condo, located within a short walk to the beach. Lake town Wharf offers THE Resort style vacation, from the five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, to weddings and other group functions. There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.
The unit has been beautifully decorated and offers the perfect setting for a beach getaway. You will find this spacious kitchen to flow perfectly with the open and spacious living room. The comfort of the fluffy furniture and the clean design will make you feel at home. The kitchen is very well stocked, it offers anything and everything you may need to cook a three course meal. the bunk area is secluded and has a private bathroom accessible right across. The master suite has the most comfortable bed and perfect shades to guarantee a good night sleep after a long day at the beach. The private master bathroom and extra large closet space complete the perfect ambience for comfortable stay.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators, you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony!
The unit has been decorated extremely tastefully and no expense has been spared for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed and en suite Bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is extremely spacious and open, it offers a sleeper sofa couch and brand new furniture for he ultimate luxury feel.

CHECK IN TIMES: Check in time is after 4:30 pm, due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic , housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. Please, take that into consideration before booking and be patient if they are still working in your unit. Over 98% of units are ready for arrival at 4:30. No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.

AMENITIES: There will be starter package provided of paper products and consumables only to last for the first day or so. Please, take this into consideration when you do your grocery shopping!

Great week with the family!

The location of the resort was awesome. Access to the beach and Pineapple Willy's right next door made lunch or grabbing a quick snack super easy. Pools were nice as well. The unit was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and worked properly. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. We will definitely be planning to return. Most of my “complaints” are with the property itself. The elevator situation is insane. The wait times for those were definitely longer than my 3 littles were used to. But this unit itself was wonderful.

Wow what a great place.The view was nice and overall everything was as expected. Never had a problem so I didn't need to contact the host but the host emailed me and let me know they was just a phone call or email away if I need anything.I highly recommend staying here and if I'm ever back in Panama I'll be sure to book again!!

Great Condo location!!! Condo was nice but the floors wasn’t clean, need to hire a new cleaning services. Couch in the den area need to be replaced, shower head need to be replaced. Check in process was the Best!!!!

Amazing location! Beach, restaurants, bars and a walmart all within 5-10 min walking distance. Check in was fast and easy. Place was clean and bigger than we expected! Great for large groups. We had 7 people and it was perfect! Clean and spacious. The only con was that the elevators were slow/hard to grab, but it was memorial day weekend, so it was to be expected. Overall a great stay!

Roomy and beautiful condo unit!

We very much enjoyed our stay here, had everything we needed and the location was great! Our host was very kind and provided a list of activities and places we might want to visit as well as restaurants. We visited Dee's Hangout and the food was fantastic. Our place was very comfy (nice couch and beds) and we had a spacious balcony. The master bathroom had both a shower and large tub. For meals there was seating for 8. Excellent host and excellent unit!!

My sister and her kids have never stayed in a condo like this and after checking a lot of different places I decided to go with this rental and I'm so happy I did. Not only was the room great with a perfect view but all the amenities were a slam dunk. 5 different pools, putting green, restaurants located right on the property and their favorite thing was the light/fountain show that happens every night on the pond. If you have a family and are looking for a place to stay, this would definitely be it.

Dirty apartment. The staff was very unfriendly. Broken elevators we had to walk 9 floors. Someone vomit on the hallway and nobody cleaned that for a whole 7 days I was there. Very very poor experience. Nobody cares about anything in this whole place. STAY AWAY.

The couch and barstools are worn out and you sink down in them. Not comfortable at all. There is some sort of brown liquid on the lower right side of the headboard and on the floor under the bed. I would have cleaned it but there wasn’t any cleaning supplies. Shower pressure in the master bathroom could be better. I know it’s not of your control but the elevator situation there is awful.

his unit was spectacular we loved the view from the balcony! Everything was nice in the unit and the layout was perfect for us . The property is equally spectacular, well maintained & everyone we came in contact with was courteous and professional. Now for the host Aneliya , truly one of the most informative and nicest host I have ever dealt with , I appreciate everything !
