Welcome to the home that will let you "Soul Shine!" It's better than Sunshine, It's better than Moonshine and it's damn sure better than Rain! Enjoy this newly updated 3 bedroom home in Bradenton located perfectly between the two main roads going onto the island, and a short drive to downtown Bradenton. The home has a great layout. As you walk inside from the front door, to your left is the wing with the bedrooms and bathrooms so those that go to bed early, won't be disturbed by the entertaining on the other side of the house in the Great Room. When you walk into this home you will be welcomed by the full kitchen and dining room to serve your whole family breakfast, lunch and dinner if you are so inclined. The kitchen will have everything you need to feel at home to make your favorite meals. Going down the hall to the bedrooms, you will have all three bedrooms. The master suite is equipped with a King bed and an ensuite bath. Across from the Master Suite, the second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and the third bedroom with two twin beds making it a perfect little space for the kids! Also in this wing you will have a full bath. As you go back and through the kitchen and dining room you will see the large Great Room which is PERFECT for all your entertaining. It even has a pool table! Play a game of 8 or 9-ball while catching a game on the large tv or a nice night with a movie with that special someone or family on the couch! If you get too sleepy and don't want to walk all the way back down the hallway, don't worry, there is a pull-out sleeper sofa! As you are entertaining you can get out to the large pool from the kitchen after making some appetizers to enjoy outside, or from the Great Room double doors which can be left open to keep people inside and outside together, because the whole pool is covered by a screen to keep the bugs away!
