Welcome to this family-friendly, clean and newly remodeled home. *No smoking, No animals (as well as No hunted animals) inside or outside premises.* NO hunters. (NO smoking allowed inside or outside on the premises). ***Evidence of smoking will result in an additional $500 charge added on top of the cleaning fee***. There is a foosball table for some family fun! Completely furnished with one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds. Washer and dryer in the house! One car garage. There’s a large backyard. This charm is nestled in a safe, friendly and peaceful neighborhood and everything is close by in this small town!
The Premises shall be used and occupied strictly as a private vacation residence.
The Premises shall not be used at any time for business, professional, commercial, or institutional purposes, nor as temporary housing for corporate employees, contractors, or rotating staff.

Clean, comfortable house
We stayed one night on our way back to Missouri, and our family of six was very comfortable. Our host sent us restaurants in the area, and made sure we were taken care of. I really appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

2nd Christmas visit
This was our second Christmas in the house. We have family nearby and it was nice to spend the holiday in a place we already knew.
They took great care of us. We had to leave with a blizzard going on and they were letting us know they would work with us if we needed to spend a couple more days of the weather didn't cooperate.
We definitely will book again when we get back down to see family.

Truly Home Away From Home
Clean, comfortable home in an equally clean, quiet neighborhood. Host was amazing; just the right mix of helpful and available, always responsive but always respectful of privacy.
My family used Colby as a place to "meet in the middle" so we could have a nice weekend visit together. This home was perfect for us, with the foosball table and back yard affording a place for the kids to blow off steam and have a great time connecting while the adults caught up over cups of coffee around the dining room table. We were all sad when it was time to leave, much too soon.
If we had a chance to do it all over again, we'd do it in a heartbeat. Heartfelt thanks to our host for your part in making that wonderful weekend family get-together possible!
