I enjoyed my stay even though we had to cut the trip short and leave a day earlier due to inclement weather. Overall the stay was great property was super clean and very comfy. The host Gerry very welcoming and good at responding. Im definitely coming again

Location was convenient as we were visiting family nearby. The condo not having stairs was desirable as we had a handicapped family member staying with us. There was a bit of a mix-up with instructions for check-in as I received checkout instructions instead. Gerry responded immediately to my phone call request for a lock box code to obtain the the key to get in to the condo. The directions for driving to the condo were a bit confusing as they suggest you GPS to a nearby hotel location and then you GPS to the condo address.

We enjoyed this house so much. Sitting out on the back porch in the morning having coffee was fun. The pool is great. Spacious and clean.

Great Weekend

2 days. 2 nights.Skiing, snowboarding and relaxation in abovementioned property. Will highly recommend it. Very clean place!

I had a lovely experience, our family visited for my daughters 9th birthday. The property owner was helpful with communication. The overall property was cute and cozy, spacious! And beautiful. The only downfall was the lighting in the condo. It was very dim, the lights were the little yellow lightbulbs my guess is for conservation of energy but it definitely felt very dim. Other wise the property was clean, there is a BBQ in the common area that wasn’t mentioned in the description which was nice, a nice size kitchen with pots, pans, etc. which got put to great use. The pool was huge and my kids loved it. Property managers around the gated community were very strict, no donuts in the pool, no inflatable ball, no birthday sign on the door, sign in and out of the pool, thought it was a bit much but I guess they try to keep everything in order so they can keep the gated community as nice as it is. Overall. I highly recommend.

My wife and I decided to buy this condo at Black Creek back in 2010 to create family memories and traditions with our 2 kids. We spend a lot of weekends there since its only about 1 hour away from our home in Bergen County NJ. We love sharing it with our guests who come not only from the US but also overseas. We love that!
