Welcome to your oceanfront getaway at The Aruba, Daytona Beach’s newest luxury condo building. From the moment you walk through the door, the breathtaking ocean view draws you in.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
~ Master Suite: King bed, Smart TV, dresser, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The suite also features a cozy three-seat oceanfront nook with a picture window — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
~ Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and elegant décor.
~ Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and matching stylish touches.
~Second Bathroom: Located across from the bedrooms, featuring a modern vanity and a shower/tub combo.
KITCHEN, DINING, LIVING SPACE:
~ Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals while enjoying the view.
~ Oceanfront Dining Area: A sleek glass dining table with seating for six, plus three additional seats at the breakfast bar.
~ Oceanfront Living Room: Relax on a plush sectional sofa with the ocean waves rolling in as your backdrop. A large Smart TV provides entertainment, but the view might steal the show.
BALCONY:
~ Step outside onto your private balcony with seating for four, where you’ll enjoy stunning views of the ocean and the famous Sunglow Pier.
The Condo
The Aruba is one of Daytona Beach’s most upscale vacation rental communities, offering resort-style amenities paired with unbeatable beachfront access. Just a short beach walk away, you’ll find Crabby Joe’s Pier restaurant and bar, a local favorite for food, drinks, and ocean views.
AMENITIES:
~ Heated resort-style pool and oceanfront hot tub
~ State-of-the-art fitness center with cardio and weight equipment
~ Direct beach access just steps from the building
Every detail of The Aruba is designed for relaxation, comfort, and style — making your stay nothing short of paradise.
**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**
MINIMUM AGE:
~ Primary renter must be 25 years or older
FEES:
~ Management Fee ($145): Provides incidental damage coverage for your stay. We’ve secured outside protection so both guests and owners are covered for accidental damages, big or small. This is included in the price you see.
~ Pet Fee: $150 (see pet policy below)
~ Late Check-In Fee:
8:01 PM – 11:59 PM: $50
12:00 AM or later: $100
~ Lost Keys/Fobs: $75 replacement charge
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
~ Check-In: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
~ Early Check-In: Not available (if ready early, our check-in agent will notify you)
~ Check-Out: 10:00 AM
PET POLICY:
~ Maximum 1 pet, up to 20 lbs
~ No aggressive breeds
~ Current vet records with rabies vaccination required
~ $150 pet fee
PARKING:
~ 1 assigned garage space (clearance 6’7”)
~ 1 additional outdoor space available on a first-come, first-served basis in the upper parking deck
~ No trailers permitted
~ No third vehicles
STARTER SUPPLIES:
A complimentary starter kit is provided, which includes a few of each of the following:
~ Trash bags
~ Laundry pods
~ Dish detergent pods
~ Toilet paper rolls
~ 1 paper towel roll
Once these items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)
2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.
3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.
4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.
5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.
6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.
8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).
9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)
10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.
11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.
12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.
13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)
14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one spot on the outdoor top deck. (top deck parking is limited)
15. Checkout is 10am.
16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.
