Welcome to our newly built guesthouse in the Berkeley Highlands neighborhood. You'll be within walking distance to some of Denver's best restaurants, bars and shops, and only a short drive to everything else the area has to offer.

In less than 10 minutes:
- Drive to see the Nuggets or Avalanche at Ball Arena
- Walk to Tennyson St and all its restaurants, bars and shops
- Hop on I-70 (less than 2 min away!) for access to CO ski resorts and Red Rocks Amphitheater

A 12 min drive gets you to downtown Denver (Union Station, Dairy Block, etc.)

The space
Every aspect of this home has been designed to create a stylish yet comfortable home base for your Denver adventures.

Kick back in the open, second floor living space. There are plenty of entertainment options available at your fingertips - TV, games, music and more.

Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal. That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook your family or friends a nice dinner.

When it's time to wind down for the day, you can retire to one of two spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom even offers a private, dedicated workspace for those times when you need to mix work and play.

This is truly a home away from home, and we can't wait to host you!

Guest access
The guesthouse has a dedicated, private entrance off the well-lit alley.

You'll have access to the entire guesthouse, except for a small locked cabinet in the second bedroom closet where we keep extra supplies.

The patio space is yours to enjoy, as well a small grassy yard.

The guest house exceeded expectations. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped. Beds were very comfortable as was the living space upstairs. Loved the big rain shower in the bath. Great location with easy street parking. Walk to the grocery store or several restaurants. Very good value!

Spotlessly clean, bright and in a convenient location

This rental was perfect for my husband and I and my sister-in-law. It's spotlessly clean, bright and fresh. Lots of good restaurants on Tennyson Street within walking distance. Easy access to I-70 for getting around Denver and points west. Would definitely stay again.

Seriously lovely little house

The house is spotless, bright and airy in a really cute neighbourhood convenient to lots of things. The living area is absolutely lovely with windows overlooking sky and treetops, comfortable seating and a pretty and well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this house! One of the nicest I've ever stayed in!

Perfect Home Away from Home

We absolutely loved our stay while moving our son into college recently. We truly felt like we were in a home, there was more than enough space for all of us and loved the location - walking distance to great restaurants and easy to get everywhere we needed in the Denver area! Jennifer was extremely responsive! We can't wait to be back for another visit.
