Clean and comfortable 3bed/2 bath + beanie bag room, queen beds in all bedrooms, 5-G Wifi, Roku tv, and washer/dryer. We're in the perfect neighborhood with 2 great pubs, a tasty Mexican restaurant, Ranch Pizza, and a world-renowned Italian place. Only a 5 block walk to 5 other restaurants/pubs, a coffee shop, and an amazing cannabis dispensary, which is all located around the Dekum St. Triangle. Woodlawn Park is a lovely picnic/lounging/walk that is just 4 blocks away. Just 8 min from the Airport and 15 min from downtown! Five minutes from the Expo Center, Riverside golf country club, The Wonderball room, and Mississippi street!
