Looking for the ultimate ski getaway?
This slope side Disciples Village condo is as close to the action as it gets! Newly renovated from top to bottom, this 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom upper-level condo is a true ski-in/ski-out haven right on Boyneland. Step out the door, and you're on the slopes!
Inside, the open-concept living area offers fantastic sloep side views, cozy gas fireplace, and a new 65' Smart TV- perfect for après-ski relaxation. the kitchen, equipped with quartz countertops and a coffee bar, has everything you need to fuel up for another day on the mountain.
The master suite is your personal retreat, with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom featuring a sleek walk-in tiled shower, and a private deck with direct access to Boyneland.
The main floor guest room comes with two queen beds and a hallway bath with a walk-in shower, ensuring everyone has plenty of space.
Upstairs, an enclosed third bedroom doubles as a bunkroom, with two TwinXL over Queen bunk beds, a 55' Smart TV, and its own full bathroom with a tub/shower.
The convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer makes it easy to stay fresh after a day on the slopes.
This condo comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, but if you're bringing a larger group, you're in luck! An additional two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in the basement can be rented as well, boosting the total capacity to 20. The downstairs unit also features its own kitchen and laundry, making it ideal for extended families or large groups. The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

Our stay in the summer made me wish we had booked when it was snowing! I could picture myself sitting on the couch waiting on my kids to ski while I enjoyed a good book and had a meal going in the crock pot. Our stay in summer was still great. My husband and son did a lot of mountain biking at the resort. The entire place was so clean. Check in couldn't be easier. It is so quiet and relaxing there! We had thunderstorms at night and you could barely hear the thunder. The kitchen was a great place to cook dinner and hang out. Such a great place, we will be back!

Perfect late winter getaway

Fantastic ski in/out rental

Our family came and stayed here for the first time and had a great trip for spring break. The rental was clean and nice and big enough for us. We had friends stay nearby also. Everything was as described and we would love to return to the same unit or others in the area.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our time at Boyne Mountain! This condo is newly renovated and very clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen provided everything we needed to make meals. Within easy walking distance to the center of the resort.

Roomy condo with a view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicely updated, spacious condo just off the ski mountain. Kitchen was well-equipped and it's close to so much. Sleeps 10 easily and has 3 full baths so no one should have to wait. Great outdoor space. Cute back deck with a nice grill. Comfortable living space and tvs in every bedroom and the living area.

Very clean and well-kept condo. Convenient to Boyne City and everything at the mountain. Loved the view of the bunny hill slope out the living room windows and we were there during a full moon. It shined through all the beautiful windows at night as we had a fire in the fireplace! The king mattress was extremely comfortable! Most rentals seem to buy cheap mattresses, but this one was high quality! The only disappointment was the kitchen had the basics but it could use a few more spatulas and such for cooking. The electric stove took a while to heat up too. Overall, though, a five-star stay for us!

We got there a little early and asked if we could get in early. They said someone would text when its ready. Actually they didnt know who was suppose to text us because I had to call twice and didn’t get in till 4:15! Lost internet (wifi) for 2 days due to cable being cut? We needed it to do work from home, which was an inconvenience! If we checked out late by 15 min we would be charged 100.00. They should refund us 100.00 for getting in late

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration surrounding your arrival and the internet outage during your stay. Our records show that arrival instructions were emailed on February 9, 2026 at 6:00 AM and again on your day of arrival at 8:16 AM. We understand early check-in is always appreciated when available, but because homes must be fully cleaned and inspected before guest arrival, access cannot be guaranteed before the standard check-in time. We’re sorry the communication around readiness was unclear and that you had to call more than once before being able to enter at 4:15 PM. We also understand how disruptive the Wi-Fi outage was, especially when you needed internet access to work remotely. Unfortunately, this issue was caused by a cable line problem, but we agree that timely communication is important whenever something like this happens. In the future, please let us know about issues like internet service during your stay as soon as possible so we can work with the provider and do our best to help while you are still in the home. Once checkout has passed, our ability to improve the situation for that stay is very limited. We appreciate your feedback because it helps us improve communication for future guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was maybe one of the best we’ve had. Perfect for family of all ages. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Property was very clean. We generally prefer to stay a bit closer to the s’mores, games, restaurants, water park, etc. It was a bit further than we like with little ones but we still enjoyed everything just the same, we just opted to drive over a bit more than normal. This is our third time booking with Northern Michigan Escapes and they have been wonderful and easy to work with every time!

The condo wasn’t cleaned well upon our arrival. We found scooby snacks on the ground and other various crumbs throughout the place. The door to the upstairs bedroom was broken and couldn’t close completely and when we contacted the host they sent someone out who couldn’t fix it but instead taped the door open so then there was zero privacy from noise and light upstairs. The location was excellent and I can imagine in the winter it’s the perfect spot for skiers and snowboarders.

That said, we’re truly sorry the condo was not cleaned properly before your arrival. Finding snacks, crumbs, and debris on the floor is not acceptable, and we understand how disappointing that must have been at check-in. We’ll be following up with our housekeeping team to make sure the cleaning and inspection process is more thorough before future arrivals. We also apologize for the issue with the upstairs bedroom door. While we appreciate that our team responded and sent someone out, we understand that taping the door open was not a proper solution and created a lack of privacy from noise and light. That should have been handled better, and we’ll have maintenance review the door so it can be repaired correctly. Thank you again for recognizing the location while also letting us know where we fell short. Your feedback helps us address these issues and improve the experience for future guests.
