The building has been recently renovated, following the original ITALIAN style of that area.

The folk in the village are really welcoming and have a great sense of sharing, anyhow, remember that it's a small conservative village with just 85 inhabitants.

MOSQUITOS (summer)
There are mosquitoes nets installed on the windows, keep them closed if you want to avoid the problem (especially in the night).
I invite you to get some Citronella oil and spread it around the place, it will keep insects and pests away, and it's healthy for you. If you buy it and leave it in the house, I will refund you the price.
DOGS & CATS IN THE VILLAGE
There may be dogs and cats around the accommodation.
The relative authorities have been contacted to take care of them.
Since we do not own them, and we ask all our guests not to feed them to avoid hygiene issues.
EACH SEASON IS SPECIAL
This area if Italy is always fascinating to visit.
If you want to meet many people, having nightlife and joining events, the best season is the summer.
If you want to enjoy the temperate weather and have more private time, spring and autumn are cozy seasons.
The winter is also to consider, but just if you want more privacy, have your activities to do and don't mind a bit of chill temperature. However, in the winter, the cost of living is low here.
AIRBNB
Our family has a vacation in the house from time to time; it belonged to our grandfather. Because we don't use it much, we share it with you like this, we can compensate for the costs.
WANT TO LEARN ITALIAN?
The area of this accomodation (Montecorice and Cilento) is the perfect place to learn Italian, it's a small village and most locals don't speak much English.
They love foreigners, love to communicate and teach Italian, so it's like having a personal teacher at every corner of the street.
They are used having foreigner tourist cause in the summer the area is really popular, so they know how to communicate with you with basic Italian.
LONG TERM SUPPLIES
We have supplies (soaps, detergents, paper, bags, etc.) for the first weeks.
In case you stay more than a month, to make things easier, you can buy your own supplies.
