Note: Guests staying at Casa Encantada enjoy complimentary access to The Club. This is an exclusive facility located at the heart of Beach Town designed to enjoy a range of amenities, including three unique styles of pools, a fully equipped fitness room with weightlifting, and cardio equipment, plus delightful dining options at the on-site restaurant.

Inside the casa there are four bedrooms, an indoor-outdoor multilevel living area at the center of the home, and a large rooftop terrace with panoramic views, which make Casa Encantada ideal for a lively and social stay in town.

Perched atop the hillside street of Calle Virginia in Las Catalinas, Casa Encantada’s large rooftop terrace opens up to expansive ocean views of the sunset and the Catalina Islands, where an outdoor grilling area and large rustic dining table is set up to host meals together.

Panoramic ocean views continue back inside on the top floor, with windows bathing the open concept living room and full chef’s kitchen in golden natural light. The downstairs leads to the den, another patio with it’s own plunge pool, and an additional grilling area for outdoor cooking.

The house is large enough to sleep multiple families at once while still providing privacy, with four separate bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.

To ensure a care-free vacation, a dedicated Housemom will manage all of the tasks, preparing breakfast and light snacks with guests ingredients, and coordinating housekeeping while you are out enjoying sunset barbecues on Playa Danta, wine tastings in the Cava at Copper and Stone, guided mountain biking trips on the trails, or diving off the Catalina Islands.

Holidays are exciting travel periods, however, before you book, please check your travel dates and observe that holiday periods have a different cancellation policy. Holiday periods are excluded from the default cancellation policy in which non-refundable deposits are required.

• We know sometimes travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your holiday investment, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is a small cost relative to the trip costs you might lose in the event you are unable to travel.
