Great location. Easy beach access, good food and music nearby. Al’s coffee shop was a morning go-to, right across the street. Rental itself was great.

Convenient and comfortable

The condo is conveniently close to coligny and just steps away from the beach. A great place to stay with teenagers to keep them occupied.

Great Condo and Location!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our first trip to Hilton Head. The condo was awesome...and clean. The location is a short walk to the beach and right next to shopping and restaurants. Grocery store right across the street as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, very very nice and very very clean!

Walk to beach, shops, and restaurants! Wrap around porch, and we are clean freaks and this place was clean! Very very nice, will use it again!

Great location

We lived our stay! Property was very clean and family friendly. In walking distance to everything. We stayed 5 days and never had to drive anywhere. Walked to dinner, beach, grocery shops and more. There were towels on property and we learned at the end we had access to the hotel and pool across the street as well. Highly recommend and we will probably stay here again

Cute Condo, Close to the Beach

The condo was nice and clean, and as described. We were happy with the check-in process and the property manager was very responsive with the items that we contacted them about. The location was perfect, right next to Coligney Plaza, shops and Beach Park.Thank you for the good experience on our family vacation.

Wonderful Stay

Really enjoyed 101 North Shore Place! The property is well located just across the street from Coligny Plaza and 1 block from the beach. Although the property abuts a cross street, the unit was very quiet. We experienced no noise issues. It was also great that we could access a gym across the street in the SeaCrest Building. Would definitely stay at 101 again!

Close to everything

Property was well equipped and there was not a lack of activity to partake! From walking/bicycling beach and sidewalks to golfing. All within reach. The furnishings are very nice and the place is so beautifully decorated. We had contacted the host for tv issue and there was no delay in responding. The villa at North Shore Place will be added to our vacation menu!

Nice Condo but needs furniture improvement

I don’t want to put this in a review but did want to let the owner know that the only thing that really needs improvement is the couch and chairs in living room. The couch is very uncomfortable and the 2 chairs are really just for decor and too uncomfortable to sit in. Due to this I would not rent this unit again. My back could not take it any longer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit that I rented through Host 2 Coast was efficient from the day I booked my vacation. I appreciated that they called me immediately after booking so I could actually speak with someone in person and ask any questions I had! The arrival was easy, the unit was ready early, clean, and well stocked for all our needs! I especially loved the beach towels that were included! I appreciated the beach bag and can coolers that were given to me! Nice touch! Oh, and the waters and snacks! Another appreciated surprise touch! Entry was easy, and used the app with ease! I will be renting this unit again for sure! We enjoyed walking to Piggly Wiggly and getting coffee every morning! Walking only 3 minutes to the beach was terrific! We also enjoyed the hot tub and of course several visits to Pool Bar Jim’s! Thank you for making the experience amazing!

Great location and positive experience

For two people who only stay at a private beach (Palmetto Dunes) and only oceanfront, we were happy with our stay and our experience trying the Coligny area and being basically a block from the beach. We found the walk to the beach to be short and quick so it wasn’t an issue for us. If you like to be in a convenient location with a lot of things around you, definitely consider North Shore Place. The property management was very responsive and extremely accommodating. When we checked in there was an issue with the master bathroom sink and the front entry door latching, and when we reached out about those, they were immediately fixed. The unit worked for the two of us overall, but could definitely use some improvements. the pictures on the listing make it look newer and more updated than it actually is, but it did not impact our stay. I think something as simple as new paint would make a huge improvement, and a sectional couch in the living area would make it a lot more comfortable for more than two people. Fortunately it was only two of us so it worked, but we do feel if we had four or six of us we wouldn’t be able to comfortably hang out or watch TV, etc. Overall, it was a good experience, and we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property is beyond perfect. We have two small children so it was wonderful to be within walking distance from the beach, shops, restaurants and playground. The property was clean and perfect for our family of 4. The condo pool was a little cold, but our children didn't seem to mind. We are already looking forward to our trip back next year!

Beautiful place close to it all!

We loved this place. One of the nicest condos we have stayed at. Very roomy, loved the big patio, the pool, how close we were to the beach, and Coligny is your neighbor! We will definitely be back and look forward to our next stay.

Summer vacation 2021

We loved the location. We were able to walk to restaurants. It was nice having access to the ocean front resort for restrooms and pool.

Excellent overall -home away from home

Great location and secured complex. Right beside a lot of stores and places to eat. A short walk to the beach. Clean condo and decorated very nice. The pictures show rocking chairs but they were not here for our visit. Only item I would change is the mirrors in the bathroom are small and placed high for shorter people. However plenty of mirrors throughout that I was able to use. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Right in the action

Overall our stay was okay at this property. If you want to be right in the action - stay at this condo. If you want something quieter and relaxing - do not stay at this condo. The condo itself was beautiful, well appointed, and had a good layout. It had everything we needed, was managed well, and clean. We did have an issue with the TV and internet which the management company helped with. The location of the condo in Hilton Head was too close to Coligny Plaza for us. It’s on the front corner of the complex - so it’s right on the main road (N. forest Beach) and the second busy road that goes to the plaza. We could hear outdoor music from the restaurants from 2-11pm on 4 of the 7 nights there. The front porch is on the main road which was very loud. The master bedroom was right above the parking gate which is frequently used for guests in the complex coming in and out all day and night. And finally the front gate where pedestrians enter the complex was very loud when slammed. Noise coming from all areas at this condo so if you want something relaxing, this is not the place for you. All that being said, it was an extremely short walk to the beach, short walk to all the action in Coligney Plaza restaurants and shops if that’s what you’re looking for. The complex had an elevator if needed, covered parking, and covered bike storage which was all really nice.
