3 queen beds with comfy mattresses plus 2 queen air beds if needed. Extra wide couch can also be used for bed. Lots of parking. Fits approx 4 cars- driveway/side of house and street parking also available. Conveniently located near hospitals, shopping, restaurants, gyms, schools, & bus lines. Approx. 5 minute drive to Albany hospital, 20 min drive to OSU or Corvallis Hospital, and 30 min drive to Salem. There is 1 window A/C unit in kitchen/living area. If you are looking for a fancy place, this is not it! But looking for comfy mattresses to sleep on, a homey pet welcoming place, this is the place!
The space
3 plus bedrooms, 1.5 bath home with Approx 1500 sq ft of living space, covered back patio, covered front porch, and Fenced backyard. If you are looking for a fancy place, this is not it! But looking for a homey pet welcoming place, this is the place! There are 3 bedrooms and each one contains 1 queen size bed. Guests have told me the mattresses are very comfy. There is a converted garage bonus room with half bath. There are a couple chairs and an additional table with 6 chairs in the garage. The main bath is located near the 3 bedrooms and includes a tub and shower. There are plenty of bath towels. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with dinnerware, utensils, cookware, Keurig-like coffee maker and a 12 cup brew coffee maker. There is a dining table with 6 chairs. the living room has a couch and loveseat with 2 side chairs. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer a small side bonus room/office space with a small table and 2 side chairs. There is a back covered patio with storage room and a shed in the back yard. Items can be stored for longer stays. The yard is taken care of professionally and backyard is completely fenced.

Worked out great for us construction workers. The only really negative issue was the listing said " tvs in each room and the converted garge had two beds ". There was only one tv in the living room and a hide-a-bed in the garage.

Underwhelming, kitchen poorly supplied with cookware, no hand soap at any of the sinks, no paper towels no dish towels, yard was poorly maintained. AC unit was weirdly placed in kitchen you had to turn off to cook or do dishes glad it wasn’t summer! Poorly maintained with kitchen cabinets attached to bedroom walls, made it difficult to move around the beds. One bed frame was broken and falling apart.

Plenty of space and easy to get to and from. Host was very responsive and easy to work with regarding questions prior to our trip.

Good value, Clean

This isn't a fancy place, but clean and comfortable! The beds were comfortable, decent pillows. Full kitchen and laundry available. One full bath and a half bath which came in handy. Lots of room for a larger group. Location is excellent, real close to shopping and restaurants. Good communication with property manager. Good value over staying in a hotel!

The space wasnt clean, the floors were uneven and a trip hazard. My friends didn't stay. They sought out a motel to stay at!

The house was clean with plenty of towels and bedding. We would recommend several things:The queen blow up beds didn’t fit in the 4th room because of the large sofa and a dining set. I would set up the dining set outside for more comfortable seating and that would free up space. Also, a large area rug in there would cover the cement floor. The sink in the half bath only trickles out water. That should be fixed. The fan in the main bathroom doesn’t work. The only games in the game cupboard was one 18 game. Not for kids. Add a few more fun games for children or even cards. One burner on the stove doesn’t work. The open area with kitchen, living room and dining room was great. The kitchen is well enough equipped. It’s central to all the stores and theater, which was handy.

Nice Pet friendly home.

I rated this property 5 Stars because it fit my needs perfectly. I needed a place to stay while attending a dog show that was pet friendly. I didn't need fancy, which this property is not, but it does appear the owners are still doing some remolding and I expect it will get only get better. The back yard was secure for the dogs to be able to go out and stretch their legs after a long day at the show. It was very rainy and muddy and there was a nice little room where the dogs could go to dry off. Water pressure was great in the shower, and the owner provided lots of towels. Bedrooms were comfortable, good sized kitchen and lots of channels to choose from on the TV. Would book again next time.

Mold and filth

The add says, if you're looking for luxury, this house isn't it. We were good with that, but this house was not clean. Kitchen cabinet had food on the shelves, mold in the "garage" bed room that offered 2 air mattress. We had a hard time getting the Wifi to work, as what they hand wrote was hard to read. It was written with capitals and spaces when it wasn't needed. Inside of the bathroom door was grimy. The neighborhood was fine and the beds were comfy

Liked the enclosed, secure back yard for pets, but the grass had not been taken care of in a long time. All door jams were filthy. The 4th "bedroom" was a partially converted garage, not suitable for a bedroom.. The renting company never sent an email with the lock-box code, so I waited for hours until a local agent saw my complaint. and messaged me the code. The VRBO rep was rude and condescending after I waited on hold for 45 minutes to talk to someone. I am done with trying to rent these houses - they never meet expectations.

Beware

I honestly can't put into words how horrible our experience was with this rental. First off, it needs some renovations to make it safe to rent. Need to find a new cleaner. The house was dirty, unsafe, and right off a busy street. The only positive aspect was the owner was responsive and allowed us to cancel our reservation after 1 night. However, we are still being charged way too much staying here less than 24 hrs. An absolute rip off, plus we had to pay for another rental to transfer to for 2 remaining nights. Terrible experience all around. I'll likely not book with VRBO any longer due to this experience.

Disappointing

I took the red eye, so I arrived late into Portland so I had a pretty decent drive ahead. I informed the host of this as well. Arrived after a long day about 2:30 am. I was greeted by the “cleaner” after about 30 minutes of trying to open the lock box to find no key. He explained he was not done cleaning and I was expected the following day. I showed him my reservation. I explained it was Parent’s weekend and it would be difficult to find a place to stay. It was extremely difficult and I ended up driving back the way I had just come. I finally was in my hotel room at 4:30 am. I had to be up the following morning for planned activities at 9 am. Wanted to stay somewhere else but bc it was parent’s weekend nothing was available. She did refund that night for me. Ended up checking in and the place was a little scary with the rooms on the other side of the house. Ended up showering in a cold shower bc when my daughter flushed the toliet I no longer had hot water. No one came out to fix the issue. Truly a bummer as I come to Corvallis at least 4 times a year and would love to find a close place that was great! This was not it.

This one's a little hard as we run a campground with full-service cabins and know the challenges of keeping things up and meeting guest expectations. Admittedly our standards are high. The host was very accomodating, let us in ahead of check-in and was very pleasant. They admit up front that the place isn't fancy. But even with lowered expectations we were a bit disappointed. From a housekeeping standpoint: Moldy shower grout, thick dust on the top of the fridge and every ceiling fan blade, lots of grime on doors. Those things would get our cleaning crew replaced. From a basic maint. stanpoint: The back door has a piece of plywood across the dog door with large screws drilled through the door sticking several inches out the backside of the door where your pet or your leg can get ripped open as you walk by (we were very careful). We bought light bulbs to put in ceiling fixtures to replace burned out and missing bulbs. Side-by-side fridge was missing all door shelves. One bedroom had badly peeling paint (like a 3-4 foot section missing). Based on the height of weeds, the yard hadn't been mowed in weeks. Adjacent lawns were mowed. The rest of the unit was not fancy, but servicable. This could be a nice standard place with some TLC & attention to detail, but that is not happening currently. You don't have to go for fancy, but you do have to go for cleaned well and well maintained.
