The condo was a bit older than expected but it was very comfortable and clean. Hosts were quick to answer any questions we had during our two week stay and there was a manger on site to help us out. The neighborhood was quiet and a five minute walk to the beach.

We were a bit disappointed in the fact that there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap in the showers. We only had I extra roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and no extra paper towels. I suppose that would have been sufficient except it rained every day and we were in place almost all day every day. We only ate out twice so I did more cooking. So we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner and soap. We were also down to one packet of dishwasher soap, so did many dishes by hand. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and have never had this problem. The place was in a great location and was very clean. Just not as well stocked as what we were expecting.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay in this Kihei Garden Estates condo. It had everything we needed, including some great essentials for our beach days. The location is absolutely perfect , close to beach , shops , restaurants!!

Perfect location for time at the beach, pool, groceries, restaurants, and food trucks. Nice, clean condo included everything we needed. Great communication with owners.

Central location and nice beach

Great property and amenities, plus location. Very clean and relaxing. 3 adults, so 2 bedrooms was perfect. Nicely equipped kitchen. We had a wonderful time.

Fantastic Getaway in Kihei

Property was as described and convenient to sites. Worked well for myself, my husband and my in-laws for about a week long trip. The apartment allowed for each couple to have their own space, and the proximity to the beach was great. Hosts were amazing, and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay in Kihei

Very comfortable and well appointed accommodation for two couples. Everything you need is close by......quick walk to the beach and grocery store. On windy days we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. On site manager was very helpful when questions arose.

Heaven on Earth

My stay was an incredible experience. The condo was very clean and in a perfect location, everything needed was within walking distance including the beach sunset, the wild sea turtles and the majestic rainbows. Fabulous Location

Very clean. The folks in the complex were very friendly and helful. The pool and community area is large, well equipped and maintained. Within a block walking distance to the beach. Restaurants, grocery and drug stores within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Maui.

Great place to stay

You will not go wrong with this newly, up-dated condo. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Best part is the little private beach within walking distance where you can sit and relax, swim and snorkel. There was a turtle on the beach the other day and saw one in the water as well. Take advantage of the pool. Enjoy the wonderful hospitality.

Really really enjoyed KGE

Had 3 other units in KGE booked for our family and it was all super!!! Condo was great, beds were really comfortable and overall condo was as stocked with everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay!! Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay and make many wonderful memories with our family! We would definitely book here again and very much hope that we can in the future. 😊🐳

Lovely property

We love the property. Stayed here last year in a different unit. Living room furniture could use an update and the upstairs neighbors were noisy when they were home. But we enjoyed our stay. The aquarium is fantastic. Maui is still paradise. Tried to give big donations and tips to the local people who were serving us.

All as advertised

Condo was clean, comfortable & well appointed. Nice location for walking to many amenities. Pool was very nice again clean too! If anything negative, could use a sharp knife? The ones there are all very dull just worn out, new beach chairs would be useful. We would not hesitate to recommend this place and would love to come back! Thank you 😊

Amazing place to stay!

We stayed in G108, and it was perfect! Beautiful condo, with lots of room for 4 adults. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Use of the beach chairs and umbrella, coolers as well as boogie boards was fantastic and communications with the hosts (Rick & Lisa) were nothing but pleasant and smooth! The beach is beautiful and a skip away, the pool was nice and clean and the hot tub was great later in the evening. Location to grocery and all the fun eating spots- Nalus, Diamonds, shave ice and the moped shop were so close it was wonderful! We thank you for having us in your space and the comfort and convenience was 10/10! We will be back and this location is highly recommended!

Perfect stay in Kihei

We stayed for 10 nigts and enjoyes it all the time. Well equipped kitchen and two bed- and bathrooms. You can lend some stuff to use on the beach which was perfect. It's only a short walk to a nice beach that not is crowdy. The same goes for the food store. Perfectly located as a base for exploring Maui. The A/C in the master bedroom is a little bit noisy. It may need service or to be replaced. But this didn't disturb our overall impression and we can higly recommend this property and with no doubt stay there again! Maybe forever.... :=))

Loved our stay!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 1 week with my sister and brother in law. We all had a fantastic time! The condo was very clean and had some very nice updates. We loved having a/c in each room and the living room. The condo is very close to the pool area. We spent more time in the pool/hot tub than we thought we would. It had a nice covered area with tables and a full outdoor kitchen with 2 grills. The location was great! It was walking distance to a quiet beach which was very convenient. We appreciated having beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and a cooler. We used them every day. Communication with Rick was exceptional. He was quick to answer any questions we had and I requested an early arrival time and he made it happen which we greatly appreciated. We would stay here again.

We had been to Maui several times and stayed in various condos in Kihei Garden Estates. Each time we returned, we fell more and more in love with the place. We finally took the plunge and purchased our own little piece of paradise. We look forward to retiring here some day but in the meantime, we want to share with everyone the serenity and beauty of Maui and Kihei Garden Estates.
