Work and Play Apartment

My name is Ivan, from Zagreb, Croatia. Working as a tour guide, travel leader, vendor etc several years now. I speak fluently English, Spanish and German with Croatian as my native language. I just bought this apartment and since I am single, it’s kind of too big for me, so I decided to share it with you guys. The place can accommodate from 1 to 3 people. If you are single person you share the flat with me, we can have fun together talking or playing different board games etc. If you are a pair, or even 3 individuals the entire apartment is for yourself. Mi casa es su casa.

First of all location is just perfect. You have literally 5 minutes walking to the Main bus station (intercity lines), and around 5 min with tram to the main square of ban Josip Jelacic and/or the main train station. On foot its around 10 minutes walk to both destinations. 2. In the room itself practically every piece of furniture is new, ie is bought in year 2022. Big screen tv 50 inches in diagonal line has more than 300 channels with Wi-Fi connection, and apps like Netflix, YouTube, Bluetooth etc. Wi-Fi is optical meaning new, fast enough, and reliable. As you can see from the pictures there is a commode under the TV. Inside of it there are fresh clean towels just for you and in other shelf different board games that you can play like dominos, mill, chess, cards, Rubik’s cube etc. The double bed mattress has iron springs and memory foam. By the bed there is a pretty big rectangular desk you can use if you have to do some office work or just the surf the net with your laptop. Last but not least in the corner of the room there is small improvised gym with fitness equipment suitable for men and women. Yes, all of this in one room 😊 Of course other spaces like bathroom, kitchen, dining room etc. are at your disposal. To conclude this is beyond a 5 stars hotel room for 3 stars price. 😊 Why to book this property in a nutshell: 1. Perfect location 2. Diverse, and original content inside the room. 3.
