Welcome to Estrella, an AvantStay home!

Retreat to seclusion and relaxation in this spectacular 7-acre European-style vineyard estate that rests amongst flourishing palm, fruit, and redwood trees. At the end of the private tree-lined road, your idyllic wine country oasis sits behind large iron gates offering the utmost privacy and breathtaking scenery. On the grounds, you'll find a natural stone pool and inviting spa, numerous outdoor dining areas as well as a playground offering fun for the whole family. Inside, the impressive residence boasts tasteful furnishings, a gourmet chef's kitchen, a generous stone-adorned living room and multiple gas fireplaces allowing for the ultimate relaxation.

Nearby Activities: Foothill Regional Park, Riverfront Regional Park, Windsor Golf Club, Healdsburg Plaza, Martinelli Vineyards & Winery.

-The pool at this home is surrounded by palm trees. Despite twice a week cleaning, there may be pollen present between service days.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
-The casita does not have WIFI.
- The television in the Casita does not have cable or smart application provided.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 1st.

There are 10 parking spaces in the driveway.
There is no garage for parking.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Vacationing in Windsor
The location is excellent for visiting many wineries. Very comfortable beds. Comfortably sleeps 12. Linens in great shape. Household supplies were plentiful. Plenty of seating. There is a strange odor Floors could use a good cleaning.

Beautiful Property With Unexpected Layout
There are many positive things to say about Estrella. The property is lovely, with a lemon tree and rosemary bush that contributed to some wonderful dinners. The gathering spaces (kitchen, living room) are great for a large group (we had 8 people). The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I only gave 3 of 5 stars overall for two reasons, the primary one is the layout of bedrooms 1 and 2. Look closely a the floor plan in the listing to see that you can only access bedroom 1 (with the king bed) if you go through bedroom 2 or if you go outside and around the back. You have to be pretty comfortable with the guests in bedroom 2 to go traipsing through their bedroom all the time. The second reason for reducing the stars is the fireplace, which unknown to us until after we lit a fire, had a broken flue and resulted in significant indoor smoke even though we put the fire out as soon as we realized what happened. Other small things that are easily fixed include installing the dishwasher so it does not tip forward whenever loaded, fixing the fireplace switch in bedroom 2 so it is not hanging off the wall, and such. In the end, the property worked well for us, and earned a solid three stars.

Birthday weekend
The grounds were expansive and the location was great but the property and house need some love. There was lots of space for our party to explore and hang out on the property and everyone enjoyed the pool. The kitchen, dining and living room areas were nice. The master bedroom has to be accessed via walking through another bedroom unless you want to jump over a little fence to get to it from the outside. There is no shower in the master, so you had to walk through another guest room, out to a hallway bathroom off the dining room to shower. It’s well water so had a tinge of sulfur smell, more so in the casita than the main house. The pool and hot tub were old but no issues and were nice to have. Overall pretty disappoint about the cleanliness… three of the rooms of the house smelled of cat urine and our feet turned black after walking around on the “freshly cleaned” floors right after our arrival. Lipstick marks on clean glasses and weird stains on clean sheets. The communication with Avant Stay who manages the property was good for another issue with the property. Totally fine/unique property, but not for the price we paid and what we expected.
