Enjoy our cozy bungalow with its private backyard oasis with tropical plants, palm trees, and heated pool!
Like a breathe of fresh air, this home has a beachy coastal vibe with colorful painted furniture in every room.
The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops, a kitchen island, and a variety of kitchen essentials.
The bungalow sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the master and new twin beds in the guest room. The home has one bathroom, recently remodeled with a walk in shower.
The Florida Room has a view of the pool and is the perfect place to kick back and read a book, listen to music, or watch TV.
The pool area has an outdoor table with umbrella and 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs plus another sitting area for lots of options for sun or shade. At night it's the perfect place to relax with a cocktail while enjoying the ambiance of lights from the umbrella, pool and landscape.
Gas grill and propane is provided.
Washer and dryer is located in the garage.
Absolutely no pets allowed in the house or on the property. This is our home that we rent out a few times a year and want to keep it allergy free.
For security there is an outdoor camera above the garage as well as a ring doorbell.
The beachy bungalow is located in a quiet neighborhood in SE Cape Coral, just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment!

My husband and I purchased this property a few years ago and have turned it into our cozy bungalow. We are loving the Florida lifestyle, especially of course the weather! This is our home and while we are away have decided to rent it out from time to time for others to enjoy. We absolutely love living in Cape Coral since moving here from Northern Indiana.
