Hello, the wife and I had a great stay. The cabin was nice, clean, comfortable and included amenities like soap and shampoo. The park has many fun activities for a later visit when the weather is warmer.  Also, the mountain view and stargazing were incredible. Great location for a home base visiting Death Valley, Cerro Gordo, Alabama Hills, Mobius Arch, etc.

Like a little oasis in the middle of the desert! Loved that they had kayaks that we could use, and that it's pet friendly.

A quite cozy place. All my friends enjoyed their stay there. Here is one suggestion for improvement: We did not get clear instructions for how to check in. After downloading the app, I was still not able to log in to see my reservation. Luckily, we got in without a doorcode because the door was unlocked. Then we called the manager to get the doorcode. It will also be great to provide instructions for how to use the doorcode. One more thing: the location is a bit difficult to find.

Not what was expected

This didn't have any reviews but based on the pictures it looked reasonable. However, there were several things that didn't work or wasn't there. Such as the front door lock didn't actually lock. There was no hair dryer. The hot water didn't work in one of the bathroom sinks. It was 3 bedrooms but the one queen bed frame squeaked so much you couldn't have slept on it. It is actually in a campground which I didn't realize. Not what I expect from a house listed on VRBO.

Our family had a great stay at Cabin A in Lake Olancha. Very comfortable cabin conveniently located near our planned visits to Lone Pine, Bishop, and Cerro Gordo. Just be sure you have the door code entrance before arriving at this nice cabin. The RV grounds are situated in the perfect location with stunning views of both the Inyo and Eastern Sierra Nevada mountain ranges. Will definitely stay here again. Thank You!
