Enjoy this updated 3-bed, 2-bath Cape Cod home perfect for a peaceful weekend escape. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it offers soaring ceilings and two patios. We have 2 BDRMs upstairs with 1 w/ a king bed and the other with twin beds. A queen bedroom downstairs, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The fenced backyard has a swing set, tire swing in front. Your stylish Upstate retreat awaits! Please note there is a tain close by for light sleepers and no emotional support pets are permitted.

Loved staying in this charming home. All communication with the host was expedient and friendly. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the Main Street and it was very close (walkable) to the SPAF venue space. The beds were comfortable, and it had a small gated yard perfect for young children to play. All that and an ice cream shop a short walk away!

Beautiful Week in Saugerties!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this charming home, close to Sawyers’s Ice Cream, town, and the HITS equestrian show grounds. It was great being able to walk to Sawyer's for ice cream and to town. Also, our host was great at communicating and quite lovely! Highly recommend staying here for the HITS equestrian competitions.

Our group of four (moms and daughters) travelled to the area for HITS. The location is perfect! 5 mins to HITS and less than 5 minutes to main street with restaurants and shopping. The house is pictured as advertised and very comfortable for the four of us. The girls loved the tire swing and we appreciated the laundry after a long day taking care of horses! Check in was easy. Andrea was very responsive. We had one issue when we checked in that was resolved promptly. Overall a great stay!

Cute cottage in Saugerties

This was a cute cottage that was very well located for hopping around the Hudson Valley. We made it to Saugerties, Newburgh, Kingston, Beacon and Cold Spring on our trip! Our host Andrea was super communicative and accommodating, and gave us early check in and late check out. Walking distance to the super market and local restaurants; very charming downtown is only a 5-10 walk away. The house is comfortable but a bit sparse—if you’re planning on cooking a lot or making something specific, bring any kitchen equipment you need from home. But it’s great if you’re planning to order in or go out to eat! Perfect for 2 couples. It does sleep six but that would be better if you have kids—6 adults might be a bit of a squeeze if you’re planning to spend a lot of time in the house (the kitchen and living room don’t really have seating for more than 4 adults). We were 4 and it was great! We spent the days out and about and then got cozy watching movies in the evenings. Thanks Andrea!

Charming home in the perfect location for NY Sheep and Wool

We had a lovely stay for the NY Sheep and Wool festival. We were able to walk to Cake-palooza and Rhinebeck was a short drive away. We had a few bumps with our booking and locating towels/amenities but our host was communicative and invested in us having a great time. We would definitely stay again!

Quaint and convenient

This cottage was a super stay in Saugerties! Extremely close and walking distance to town/restaurants and super market, yet quiet street and felt like a getaway. There is no stone left unturned as far as amenities go. Andrea was prompt and helpful, even through a few hiccups! We did lose some use of the upstairs bathroom which was not ideal for sharing space with a coworker. Although it was not fixed for our stay, Andrea had called in a neighbor that evening to aid us- true friendly service. We would surely consider renting this charming space again for our next stay in Saugerties.

Adorable house!

House is cute & cozy! Owner is very helpful and responsive. Location is super convenient between highway and town- easy walk to ice cream, restaurants, and shopping.
