Everything was very nice. Location was close to everything and saw amazing fireworks from the house or walk down to river and can see there.

This place is great for a stay in Knoxville. We rented for a weekend basketball tournament and was perfect for 3. The owner is great and very communitive. If you need space for clothes I would recommend bringing some extra suitcases.

We loved this cottage in Knoxville. We stayed here for our son’s graduation from UTK and it was absolutely perfect. You cannot beat the location. The house is cozy and clean. Our host, Trinh, is a treasure. We hope to return and stay here again in the future!

Great property that’s super close to the UT facilities and campus! Very contemporary design and super comfortable space. The home was very clean and superior in price and design from any hotel room I found! WiFi was simple to use - coffee maker with supplies convenient - washer and dryer right in the home! I highly recommend this property and if back in Knoxville will check its availability.

The house was very well done and modern. The view across the river of the football stadium and basketball stadium was amazing. It was a short walk to downtown Knoxville and UT. This place is a definite hidden gem for those wanting to visit Knoxville and/or attend a UT game.

Trinh (host) was regularly (but not overly so) checking in on us making sure everything was o.k. and checking if we needed anything.The home was beautiful, clean, and 5 star comfortable! It was easily accessible (not far off a main Knoxville thoroughfair). We had a wonderful brief "U.T. event" visit!

Beautiful place to stay

My family came to Knoxville to watch my daughter graduate from nursing school and stayed at this beautiful place. So close to everything in the heart of downtown. Would definitely recommend staying there again
